Everyone at the office was very kind, it was easy to make an appointment and upload my documents, and I was in and out of their office in under an hour. I was only disappointed/shocked by the fee they charged for a simple return that took minutes to punch into the computer.

I recommend to give them a chance. They're professional and experienced. I filed my tax first time with them and it was my good decision to visit their office. Nick Valentino was my preparer, he's is a magician with good knowledge.Goran Lojpur is a nice guy.
