We moved a family member from Florida to Minnesota. Everyone involved in the move was great. Michelle explained everything. Everything was delivered. Chris and Tristan were hard working, and we're careful with all the items. So glad we chose St Pete Moving & Storage.

This company over charged me. Billing is a hot mess and to get it correct is never going to happen. The movers if you use them watch every one. They steal. Lost multiple boxes when I paid to have them crated. The items should have never been lost.Just say no…..

This place is AMAZING! Super tall (large moving trucks fit) covered, pull-up to freight elevator parking. Best staff in existance; they actually want to help.

The movers came to our house and packed all the items. I requested special wrapping on fragile expensive items and they did it. HOWEVER they took it back to the warehouses and unpacked it, shoved it into 2 crates with nothing but paper??? and shipped it. Chair legs went thru my headboard 4 times! One leg smashed clean thru the outside of the crate. EVERYTHING was broken, smashed and moldy! I had purchased the insurance... BE WARNED it is a scam. It falls under auto insurance and goes to federal court. Takes 2 years at best. They wanted all receipts, and even then undervalued items. UNIGROUP/Mayflower use this company... they are the worst! Just hoping this helps others not have there precious home destroyed!

Dealing with Michelle W was an amazing experience. She explained the entire process and broke it down into easily understandable steps. She also provided a transparent quote with no hidden fees. The move experience was excellent and I would definitely recommend St. Pete Moving to any of my friends or family who are moving to or from the St. Pete area!

Price gouging. They told me that they were going to pick up the box and decrate it. Did not do it. Want to charge me money for truck that I didn't need and Travel time for 1 hour. Contrary to their website they said they don't do small jobs and have 3 hours minimum.

Friendly staff who took care of my belongings from start to finish. The person who pack most of my things and packed them with care as if they where her own. I have several glass cases of glass which needed extra-special handling where all crated by p4ofessionals. The day of the actual move was well co-ordinated with everyone involved. The only downside to my move was the time it to to be delivered. I had planned my drive so the van would/should have arrived before me. Traveling with my 2cats I had packed enough clothing and supplies for 4-5 days. I arrived at my destination only to learn my belongings would not arrive for another 12 days. I had to purchase additional items I would not have had to do had I known the van would be delayed. I would have packed differently in the beginning.

This was my second time using St Pete Moving and I had such a great experience yet again. My movers were fast, efficient and very friendly! Definitely recommend them to anyone!

Do not use St Pete moving and storage. I reached out multiple times to the owners and my only response was a tiny settlement and threatening of arbitration that all money paid for the settlement could be lost along with additional cost. They had a driver show up with his 15 year old son as a helper. The 15yo did significant damage to the property we were trying to sell (which st Pete moving did not repair or pay a dime reimbursement) and to my property. We had them pack us but the packer left numerous drawers full with loose items that subsequently got damaged in the cross country move (they did not reimburse). They caused significant damage to our brand new furniture due to carelessness while loading (they only paid for a small portion of this) and they over bid us, yet sent too few loaders so the load lasted from 8a til 9p (the crew complained all day about this and the driver kept telling me how much money he was losing). I reached out to try and have a fair settlement multiple times but they did not budge on their position. Some furniture, such as my baby cribs, were completely destroyed and unusable (I have twins, they fully reimbursed one and reimbursed nothing for the other). I went above and beyond to try and be reasonable, but they would not return calls, emails, or honor commitments for my fully insured moved (what a joke) that I overpaid for because they overestimated the weight. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Truly professional and caring moving company. We used them to receive, store and deliver furniture and we couldn't be happier with the service. The company was on top of the delivery and provided updates when the furniture was received. The delivery to us was timely, professional and clean. The movers put everything together, were cautious to avoid unnecessary damages to the wall, ceilings, doors, etc. and cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend St. Pete Moving.

The experience was fantastic. The packer (Elaine) was wonderful. The drivers (Steve and Josh) were outrageous at pick up and delivery. Would recommend them all.

Terrible business practices. Beware if you have to come in contact with warehouse manager Kae..She is the rudest and most unprofessional person I have ever come in contact with and it is unfortunate that she lacks the skills needed to be efficient at her job! I will NEVER go back to this facility.
