Scheduled a 4 hour move, with an arrival time between 12 and 2. Move was canceled at 1:40. I was told after that they could move me at the same time 2 days later. Zero compensation was offered for the change in dates. Facts.

We have used Smart Move twice to move and 6 months for storage and couldn’t be more happy with them. Sal and James were amazing quick and friendly. We just did our 3rd move with James and Sal and could not be more happy.

Incompetent, unprofessional,irresponsible
No communication
We had an appointment for 930 Saturday am the day before they were supposed to call to confirm our moving time but instead pushed it back until 1130 ,ok no problem they had complications with another move so we are flexible....the next day not only did they not show up at 1130 they didn't call or email saying they were delayed again...it is now 2 pm almost 5 hrs pass and still nothing .sooo I went with another company
(Bull Moving Company) and not only did they pick up the phone on the first ring they had a great crew out in 45 minutes
And the nerve of Hannah (smart move )to call us back after the new moving company had already got us going Hannah p the president was like" I'm glad we aren't moving you"
On top of that getting harassed by her employees the next day to see if I wanted to reschedule my move a whole 2 days later
STAY AWAY!!!

Moving…at any age…is really tough. The team at Smart Move Moving lead by Giselle helped make our move as pleasant as possible. The 2 Outstanding movers we had to help us…Sal & T…were kind, professional, helpful and truly made a stressful situation as positive as it could be. In the Spring of 2023, I had Hannah (The Owner) of Smart Move come to my home I was selling in Riverview, FL. She gave me a quote to move the contents of my home and place them in the Climate Controlled facility for Smart Move. The quote was very competitive against the other quotes I had received. The monthly Storage Fee was also very competitive. First of all, I was very pleased that the Owner of the Company was very hands on and going out into the field to give quotes. I then explained to Hannah that I would need to Store my Household Goods for an extended period if time while I was building a new home in Melbourne, FL. She said no problem and gave me a very fair and competitive monthly storage fee. I also explained that my wife had recently passed and it was very important to me that none of her belongings were damaged. After almost 9 months, I received my Household Goods at my new home last week. They sent two delivery men. One was Sal and the other was Rashad. Sal and Rashad did a great job!! I have completed 20 moves in my lifetime and this was among the Best! Sal & Rashad were very careful with everything. I did not have any damage to my Furniture and also no damage to my walls or doorways. Sal and Rashad handled everything with care and I would use this Company again and again. Thank you for getting all of my furniture and household goods delivered with no problems. I would Strongly suggest Smart Move for all your Moving & Storage needs. Giselle in the Office is also a pleasure to deal with all of the Logistics. Overall a great Experience and I will use Smart Move for any future moves. I can not express enough of how Happy I am with Smart Move. Thanks Again!

I've moved 18 times in my adult life including 4 moves internationally and I have never received such great moving services as I did from Smart Move. From the beginning they were professional, polite and helpful. I love that they offer reusable plastic bins to pack your stuff and are so flexible with requests. The actual movers were on time, professional and hard working. No hidden costs, tricks or surprises. The most smooth move of my adult lifetime. Thank you Hannah and team!
