I highly recommend Silverking Collision Center for auto body and paint services. In my case, the vehicle was totaled but Steve still assisted me with my insurance claim helping me to know what to expect. His unselfish willingness to help and overall professionalism really impressed me. I will definitely choose Silverking if I ever need auto body and paint services. Don C.

Received an email from Darlene and Steve on 2/21/22: « We would be able to schedule this repair Monday March 7th , 2022 for fastest turn-around time. » I replied via email and confirmed immediately that yes i will be bringing my car on 3/7 for the repair. 3 days prior to 3/7/2022 which is today i reconfirmed my appointment with them for 3/7/2022 via email once again. And, I called and spoke to Darlene as well just to hear that they are extremely busy and was offered to bring my car in the following week ( week of 14 instead) In summary : they CANCELED on me. They also offered me another auto repair place to try. My reply to them was: I will NEVER use you or your referral ever again because you canceled on me just few days prior to my scheduled day. To make the story short, they overbook and they cancel on people. UNPROFESSIONAL in one word.

Former employee of five years review:Not once has a job left the doors of Silverking without Steve or I looking through and ensuring the body shop code of “better than pre-accident condition.” Even the more rough looking cars would leave with a sparkle from a spot of detail work. Steve and Darlene are dependable and honest, which is very hard to find in any body shop in this age. They’ll always look you in the eye, have a genuine smile, and give a firm handshake. Employees and customers are treated like real people with real life circumstances. Support the smaller businesses of Saint Petersburg and trust your vehicle to be thoroughly taken care of in their hands.
