We will continue shopping at the Pinellas park location in the St. Pete metro. We were running in to get some items quickly because it was 15 minutes before close. First the older gentleman greeter screamed for us to stop and show our cards again, by the time we stopped… time is still ticking and then he rudely stated that we only had ten minutes. We thanked him for letting us know and simply chose to go another day. We would have had more than enough time to get in and get out if Mr Greeter man wasn’t guarding the gates of hell so well!

Went to Sam's Club today to buy my wife a Christmas gift. A young lady named Marta helped me out and she was awesome in helping me find the right gift for my awesome wife. If the general manager or corporate are reading these reviews please give Marta some recognition for her excellent customer service.

I love shopping at Sam's Club. I can usually find things pretty easy. When I can't, I ask a worker and they will even take me there. Sam's is the only place I know of where you can buy large baking sizes potatoes. 10 lb bag for $10. Bake one and it's a meal. Slice one and it's French fries for 2. The meat is well prepared and displayed and great prices too.

The only issue with this entire store is that they are constantly out of carts and if you ask to get something large you may be waiting an extra hour (for example we purchased a couch here). Amazing staff. Store is always crowded but somehow still well stocked. Try their chicken. It's delicious.

Ordered 16 frozen stouffers lasagna. Immediately froze it upon delivery. Followed directions exactly and cooked it next day for church. More than 7 people had food poisoning. Sams refused to provide any refund, even after calling manager. Stouffers didn't refund either.

1. Prices vary depending on which store you’re at. I bought 2 velours quilts last season at the Sam’s near my house, and paid $40.00 each. Then a day later I go to a Sam’s 6 miles away, and the same exact quilts are $7.00 less each! So a $14.00 difference. 2.I had my headlight done at Sam’s & they are NOT clear at all. It’s obvious at night NOT during the day. When I went back to the store the auto mngr tells me something like, “The cleaning or sanding of the headlight glass can only be done 2X & that’s it, then the lights need replacing.” Well, this is why it’s important for your staff to get it right the first time. 3. Prices at Sam’s are often just a tiny bit lower than Walmart, like on organic spring mix, chicken breast, & the boxes of chips. 4. Greed driven retailers are the cause of inflation, check out the shocking profits, of big corporations (like price-gouging Exon-Mobile) & see how profits increase annually. INFLATION is NOT a mystery, it’s to make the rich richer at my expense.

They have the best prices and the best rotisserie chickens here! I love their “scan and go” option. It makes shopping their EXTREMELY easy and no waiting in lines. Great selection and the clothing they have is nice too. It’s definitely worth the price of a membership! This location has a gas station too!

Excellent well stocked location. Easy to navigate in spite of the crazy atmosphere brought forth by the pending hurricane. The staff was friendly and helpful.

They should fire the lazy and super slow chicks working at food. 30 min line with only 4 people in front of me. Literally. Did everything except work. Took as long and slow as possible and literally worked one at a time, hardly ever even coming to the register or addressing the members. Covered their name tags to keep their names a secret. I wonder why. Seriously. I hope someone from corporate intervenes immediately and with ACTION.

Usually have a good experience shopping but recently it seems like they just hire anyone to work the cafe. First of all, they refuse to answer the phone to take call ahead for ordering an entire pizza to go. I called member services and the guy on the phone was rude and unhelpful. When he said he would redirect me back to the cafe and I asked if they would actually answer the phone he does “jeez ma’am, I really hope so”. He claimed they were busy but when I showed up 5 minutes later there was literally no one in line and maybe 2 people sitting down to eat. When I went to order an entire pizza the kid at the counter looked at me confused like that wasn’t something they do. He claimed they premade all the pizzas ahead of time. There were 3 people working behind the counter all pacing back and forth not doing much and mostly socializing with each other (this was Friday 9/1 if you care to look back to see who was working that day) . What is with people these days wanting a job but not wanting to actually work? I asked for it well done they said they would but the cheese in the middle wasn’t even fully melted. I had to stick a few slices in my toaster oven at a time because I don’t have a full size oven where I live to finish fully cooking the pizza. Sams club used to be a great company to shop at and I’ve enjoy going to the cafe since I was a kid. The reputation has seriously gone downhill with the low quality entitled people who are currently working at the cafe. For the most part, the rest is the employees who work the floor seem to be put together and give good service.

I don’t have issues with stopping theft but the door greeter is not needed. I don’t have a card I use the app on my phone. My phone is my property and they have no right to it. And in addition there is one person checking purchases on the way out. Bring door greeter over to check carts and receipts. That’s where your theft happens not on the way into the club I will continue to refuse to show membership
