i love this store, but they need to fix the AC. I spend tons of money here and it’s literally almost impossible to shop. the past two weeks i left way before i was done shopping (when i would’ve spent a lot more money had i been able to properly shop) also multiple other people near me shopping were complaining about how hot it was. the 90 degrees it was outside actually felt better than the store. An employee walked by with the back of his shirt drenched in sweat. an employee told me like over two months ago that the air was broke…this is fl. why has it not been fixed? it’s ridiculous as a regular.do better

You never know what you'll find here. I definitely recommend checking it out. It's not my absolute favorite, it is certainly near the top. 1/2 price days are the best ones to shop here. =)

A very busy Monday with the 1/2 off senior deals. I went with my mother, so It paid off. I found a few items, though did not really search the entire store.

This store was over 100 degrees no air couldn't shop was too hot one of the employees ask for them please turn the air on the guy in charge said your doing fine keep working that's a shame won't return to shop there again

I normally love this store and the people there are so nice. This review is to let the corporate people know that they need to fix their air conditioning. It's 90 degrees outside and your poor staff is literally sweating in there. It's not okay to treat your staff like that. Those people do not deserve that. It was so hot we had to leave and could barely shop. FIX THE AC!!!!!

This is a fantastic thrift store. There are weekly sales offered and they move their inventory quickly so that it’s not the same items sitting around . Two of the managers there were SO helpful with my recent furniture purchase. Here is a picture of the lovely chaise lounge I bought there in March 2024- looks great in my living room. !! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND a visit to this store

This store was dirty and extremely hot. The lady at the counter was very rude saying that they were closed. Some customers never heard the associate announce that they were closing. She said their intercom system was broke. They lost my hundred dollar purchase today! Never again will I walk in this store again. I am a local also. I will take my business to Goodwill! I hope the rude associate reads this. She will know exactly who I am talking about.

Also! Salvation Army has iirc the lowest overhead of ALL large nonprofits. Like 3% compared to 15+% for Goodwill ?

The Manager of this location (Chris V) has the most horrendous people skills not only in dealing with my parents but also heard him on the phone. Today was a sale day several items rang up as the sale price. The manager came over and adjusted the items to full price stating the items weren’t on sale. Not only was it poor customer service but he humiliated the sales clerk Cheryl. Cheryl has waited on my parents numerous times and is always courteous and professional, much different from her Manager. We will not return to this location!

Excellent deals, Great prices, discounts for Seniors, Veterans, and Homeless, also Clearance and discounts on certain days ,l believe 50% or more ????,oh and the staff is friendly and helpful and informative ?
