Visited for the first time today and I found my new salon! Alex was great! We found the perfect color and the cut is super cute. He listened to how pesky my hair can be if not cut a certain way and he listened. I got so many compliments on my hair!

I came as a referral and could not be happier!! Jayson was informative and did an amazing haircut and blow dry/flat iron! I have ALOT of hair, ALOT ALOT, Jayson spent an hour blow drying my hair, before he cut and flat ironed it. AND with a smile and good conversation the entire time!! I will 100% return and recommend Jayson to everyone!!! I did watch the other stylists as well and the entire salon is A+++

You will not be disappointed. Volo Salon is the best spot in town for a haircut. I’ve been coming for years, and Jayson is a hair wizard. I always walk out feeling like a million bucks.
I recently moved an hour south and I still make the hour trip to have Jayson do my hair, that’s how good he is!

The two hairstylists waiting for customers looked me up and down without smiling when I entered the salon. The one that ended up "getting" me was facially disgusted, he didn't crack a smile or even welcome me. I had asked for a blow out and I have wavy long hair. A few minutes into the service I asked him if he had an issue waiting on me, this seemed to call him out and embarrass him. Then he attempted to make up for the rude welcome. I did not have a relaxing experience, felt discriminated due to my hair type.

Stephanie is a pleasure to work with, but my hair looked terrible. I went to have it evened up after allowing it to grow for many months. She did a horrible job. When I voiced my concern, the owner asked me to come in. He looked at my hair, did a little trimming to try to make it better, but even he missed the problem in the back. I should have received some money back, if not all, but it didn’t happen. Maybe others at this salon are good, but I’ll never go back to Stephanie.

Highly professional and well detailed oriented. Rob listened and carefully analyses what exactly what I wanted in a Hair Stylist. He gave me suggestions and explained to me about how the process needs to happen in order to protect my hair. With no doubt he, and all of his stylist, do know what the client wants and hopes to receive. Thanks Rob!
