I am not a customer here, but my wife had an appointment with a young woman named Joey and came home looking like an absolute smoke show!! She came home feeling confident and was incredibly happy she made time to get her hair done. As parents of two under we don't always make time for ourselves, and this really boosted her confidence, so thank you Joey!!! You did an amazing job and are great at what you do!

I was walking by and I decided to go inside and ask questions about getting services here. As soon as I hit the front door I realized it was locked and I saw a lady walking by. I waved and smiled at her to see if she can open the door, and she had a look of complete inconvenience. She opened the door and looked incredibly bothered by my mere presence. I told her a smile goes a long way and that she was really rude. She continued to say that she didn't think she was rude at all. She is either a complete liar or Incredibly not self-aware. Immediately it was clear the customer service and friendliness would be subpar to say the least. I don't know this woman's name but she has medium length brown hair, brown eyes, and wears glasses. She works in the first salon when you're walking in to the left. I don't like writing bad reviews but it's unbelievable how people in customer service think they can be so rude to other people and have no consequences. I would never treat somebody else like that.

I loved going to Salon Sequence and seeing Ashley-Rose for all of my hair care needs. She is the best at her profession of coloring, great hair treatments that have made my hair feel and look amazing....and what can i say about her hair cutting skills, the best!!! I call her the Hair Doctor she took my stringing straw looking hair and made me into a red headed beauty with healthy looking hair!!! Ask for Ashley-Rose and you will walk out feeling like a million bucks. plus she is all about being safe during these times
