I recently had my first visit at Royal Palms and I was so delighted with the salon and service! It's more of a spa experience rather than a shady strip-mall nail salon which adds to the price but is worth every penny. Rosa at the front desk is absolutely darling and Michelle is a wonderful nail tech who gave me the best dip manicure I've ever had! They don't skimp on the service either; my manicure included a hand massage and hot towel treatment which Michelle made sure to do even when our appointment ran over their closing time <3 10/10 recommend

Very expensive for a mediocre pedicure. Everything is an extra cost. When I got back home, I had to re-trim my cuticles because they were barely touched. I would never go back or recommend this place. The gel nail polish was painted really sloppy. I also had Chrome added to my Already painted nails and it’s already rubbed off and chipped within two hours. I’m giving it two stars because it’s clean.

Nice and accommodating staff. Nice selection of services for nails and facials, etc. easy appointments. Only drawback - no massage chairs.

I called to see if they could fit me in last minute, and they could. I read a lot of bad reviews but figured I would give them a try anyways, and I'm happy I did!! Helen did my pedicure and she was amazing. I picked the CBD pedicure with gel, it was 98$ after tax. Helen gave me a full leg massage and massaged my arms as well, I didn't know how badly I needed that!! It was a relaxing and quiet environment, they do ask that you silence your cellphone so if you like to chat and make phone calls at the salon this isn't the place for you . I will be back next time I need a pedicure and am excited to try some of their other services.

I went in for a pedicure and it was so nice and quiet. Donna was my technician and she was fabulous. She was kind, thorough, gentle and my feet look spectacular. Everyone in here is very friendly. Highest recommendation!

I took my friend there for a pedicure and manicure. Apparently, if you chose gel on your hands and regular for toes, there is no match in the colors. I have never had this issue. Since we did not have a choice we chose a french manicure for our hands. My French gel manicure is already coming off after one day and my friend did not get one last step as her nails are not shiny. Furthermore my toe still hurts, I hope it does not maticulate into an infection. They also do not have massage chairs, which is a highlight of getting a pedicure. I really never complain but we spent $217 plus tip! Ps neither one spoke much English but talked amongst themselves the whole time.

The service was immediate and efficient, as my friend and I stopped in to get our nails done as a last minute decision for a wedding we were in. My nail tech, whose name I did get, did not do the best job. With that said, they look nice enough to someone who doesn’t have an eye for flaws and is viewing them from a distance. Three stars for the prompt and timely service, and the place was very neat and clean. Two stars taken off due how my nails turned out.

LOVE this spa! Have gone here several times for mani/pedis. It's clean, comfy and the service is great. They have several treatment options. My husband and I went here together recently to treat ourselves during our babymoon, and he loved the CBD infused foot and hand treatment.

I've been going to this salon for for about 6 years. Its really one of the nicer ones I've been to in terms of excellent services. Quiet and relaxing even when its busy day. Great selection and variety of services. My technician, Kris, is so good.The owner Tutu, is personable and. I've never had a bad service. professional

Rushed me to pay before my nails were dry - I forgot to use my gift card and when I remembered 5 minutes later, they wouldn’t honor the gift card. Leaves a very negative impression.

Be careful to confirm the amount to be paid more than once.
When I called I was informed that gel maintenance “ refill” costs $45.
When I went to pay the bill presented it was $ 65- reason "we used a different gel on you”
I feel cheated.

I decided to give this place a chance even though the reviews aren't that great. Not sure if it was the nail techs first day but I asked her to stop painting my cuticles and the skin under my nails but she continued. My nail beds are flooded but it was nice and quiet inside the salon.
