Decent selection! I found a few good pieces and I love how everything is organized by size, even aesthetic in some areas. I found a great pair of sandals & a romper. I’ll be back!

Can sometimes find really cute quality items. My issue is when you sell to them, they don’t give you a list of prices on the things they take. They told me the total and applied it to store credit. I came back the next day to pick up the stuff they didn’t take, and an employee was behind the counter wearing the shoes I had just brought in the day before. I have to wonder if they took the shoes for themself and didn’t pay me for them? I don’t know, it just seems fishy to me. They also have a crazy amount of SHEIN, forever 21, target, etc. Not a good look if you’re wanting to reduce waste or care about sustainability.

I was there today with one medium sized bag of clothes to sell. The brown skinned girl with pink hair (don't know her name) took down my information. She did not say how long it would take or that she would text me when ready. I browsed around the shop and after about a half hour went up to desk and politely asked if my order was ready. I was shot a very dirty look and very rude reply from her. I honestly thought they were done considering there was only 1 person before me and only a couple of other people in the store. This person I'm speaking of has a very bad attitude and this wasn't the first time I noticed it as I have been to the store several times. No interaction with customers and acts like she is doing you the biggest favor just because she is there. It is just baffling considering the store relies on people bringing in clothes so they can stay open. I never had a problem with anyone else that works there and always had good interactions with them. I will be on the look out for another place I can bring my clothes because I do not want to be around that kind of energy.

Disappointed with the customer service today, I’ve come to revolve on multiple occasions to buy but today was my first time bringing in clothes to sell. The staff were not friendly and very short with responses. Will not be bringing in clothes again due to the attitude.

When we came in we got greeted. They have some really cool vintage outfits and designer purses. They also have a sticker and ring station with sunglasses; and a shoe area by the dressing rooms. Super cool vibes and clothes are well kept, the value of them is worth the price.

Gave them another try since last review. Four team members talking at the counter. Zero greet. Zero offers of assistance. Zero breaks in their conversation. In fact, zero acknowledgement that we existed in their space. We were the only customers in the store. Someone could have taken a breath long enough to say hello.

Tampa, yes. St Pete, nope.Update : just gave them another try. Four team members (including the same store manager) talking at the counter. No one greeted us. No one offered us assistance. In fact no one took the time to even acknowledge we were in the store. Not one break in their conversation regarding their current "obsessions". Found two cute items and once again felt like we were interrupting in order to check out. No changes in behaviour , and at this point not worth the disrespect to shop there again.Stars based on an average. Tampateam presents as customer oriented without hovering. Vibe is positive, welcoming, and fun. Opinions and encouragement, when requested, are friendly and genuine. Overall a 5.St Pete, however, always feels like we've interrupted a teenager's sleepover. Conversations remain between the team, with little or no effort to engage with customers... who appear to be an annoyance, not a priority. (Note to team : the store is too small for you to have a conversation at the register that everybody doesn't hear. So if you're going to speak poorly of your customers, mebbe do it out in the car park? ) Leadership lacks maturity and critical thinking skill, team runs anywhere between disinterested and snarky.Merchandise in both stores is interesting and well curated. Prices are fair (and sometimes surprisingly low). Fun to shop for unique finds.Editing to add - in response to some reviews that mention that the shop isn't really vintage... there's probably truth in that. It's more of an exchange than a vintage store. That being said, we still find fun, quirky, and unusual items, so.... No, it's not LaFrance. You won't find a single needle tailored guayabera in the men's section, nor panorama of 50's party dresses in ladies. But it's shoppable and, depending upon the location, fun. (Remember - not St Pete). This is a great business, that's been around a while. Would hate to see it diminish... deserves local support (and more customer friendly teams).

I am changing my rating of this consignment shop I would not go there or trust the people that work there. I called them I had an emergency situation I told them I would not be able to pick up my remaining clothes they did not accept. And when I went in to pick them up they had already sent them for donation, so they say. I've also experienced in the past where they say they only took four items and then I look at my clothes and there's actually about 10 items taken out so I'm only credited for four but they took 10 items. Do you not trust this place!

I’m confused as to why this place doesn’t have higher ratings, honestly. As a midsize girly that loves to thrift, this place is so cute. I like to be left alone when shopping so the fact that the cashiers/workers don’t interact with me much is really a non issue. Love this little place!
