Regions is the best bank you could ask for. This branch is no exception. Deposit a check, withdraw some cash, pop in just for a chat. These people know their stuff and will be happy to share the vast wealth of knowledge and expertise. All in a beautiful shade of green. Thanks regions.

Been banking with Regions since 2014. First time at this branch as I was opening a business account. Bailey was the one who assisted me and she was very friendly and helpful. Overall great and pleasant experience.

As above there customer service is the worst...refused to help with a problem they helped create and if believed in customers relations never would of happened... hopefully waiting on Stephanie there area director to call

Horrible customer service. There were 2 tellers and only 1 customer in front of me, that customer had a complicated transaction and was taking a while. I stood in line for 15 minutes and the other teller never acknowledged me, attempted to help or even explain if there was a reason she couldn’t help me. No one else in the building approached me and asked me what I needed or anything. Also one of the tellers was not wearing a mask, it was a chin strap, it was reported to the monitoring hotline at the police department.I worked at a bank for 7 years and even if I wasn’t able to help a customer for one reason or another I’d always acknowledge them and let them know someone would be with them ASAP. But nobody said anything to me until I got to the teller window. Need a new bank.

Visa canceled my Credit Card, and Regions didn’t know.I called the help line 5 different times (waiting in hold for several hours, total). Spoke to a supervisor and everything! Supervisor told me to go to my local bank (huge inconvenience). Waited a full hour while the physical bank called customer service x_x. Turns out they might have to just cancel the card, and issue a new one.. which, you guessed it, also has to be done over the phone.Could have avoided all of this if they were more informed with each other...

I’ve been banking at regions for years now, and I like it plenty. That being said the last two times I’ve been to this branch I did cash deposits with the same teller through the drive through- BOTH times she told me it was $100 dollars less than what I thought. The first time I thought it must have been my mistake. Now that it’s happened twice I’m not so sure.

I have been banking with Regions Bank since the company was AMSouth in 1996. I started banking at the Gateway branch in Saint Petersburg in 2015 and I've noticed that since Bailey Llorens started there the service has improved much. She is a consummate professional and very knowledgeable. She has attended to me many times and every time I needed her assistance she has been attentive, thorough and always willing to help. Her service is the reason I would bank at that Branch even though I have moved to Clearwater because I know that if I need help she will always deliver great service.

Their automated system they force you to call is a total joke. The wait time is AT LEAST 10 to 15 minutes (sometimes longer) to speak to someone just to be able to ask a simple question. Wish I would have chosen a different bank.

😠Heads Up. Very Unsafe Credit Card on line. No Fraud Services here. Only Phone Number 800# goes to a Boiler room type set up General Accounts & Lorenzo this am 3/18/19 tells me he & other reps at this number 800 the ONLY NUMBER CUSTOMERS GIVEN. This is General Accounts they can do Nothing for you. CAN NOT COMMUNICATE WITH OTHER DEPARTMENTS. Used this creditcard on line. FRAUD!! 4 months I am still trying to find "THAT DEPARTMENT." I called 800 # say 1) call Creditcard. Called Creditcard they say 2) call Resolutions. Call Resolutions they say 3) call /Fraud. Call Fraud they say call 4) Claims. Call claims. They are closed. Almost 3 1/2 hours on hold I finally gave up. Banked here for years. No Loyality when I needed to Dispute Fraud (and I will be closing my accounts down here. ) Had 2 Auto Deposits Regions charges monthly fee for one WHY..because I have 2. ?? Huh..I overlooked that but then after a data breach They Would Not Dispute Anything Here. In fact Customers are Not Allowed to Communicate with ("That Department") (3/16 thinking "That Department", does Not exsist.) the Department Necessary to Get it Done. You have to go rep to rep Hoping your Message was Clearly Understood and Recieved by Right Department... Do Not Hold Your Breath for this...All Refunds were Recieved because of MY EFFORTS. They wrote saying NO ERROR. I contacted Merchants provided My Evidence and got Deserved Refund. I did their job for them as THEY REFUSED TO DO IT. Bye bye..👋 3/16/19 letter from Regions says I can request documentation that determined No Error Occurred to request I called today and did Not find ("that department") very frustrating..😳 (👀) I see what ("IT") is here bye bye 😉

The lady that works in the cubby hole as you first walk in is the worst example of how a person should be treated when they come into the bank . She was cold, unfriendly and without any warmth.. I was very uncomfortable and could not wait to leave. Her last name was Moyer..
