My appointment was for 9:30 am and they are always right on time taking me back for the lab work. Been going to the same Quest Location for the last 12 plus years and have never had a problem. Staff is always friendly and are excellent in doing the procedures. In and out in a timely manner. Best part, they are very close to my home.
I highly recommend Quest Diagnostics.

somehow, you're flipping company neglected to send three of my vials to the labs.
This is a flipping life and death situation and your company forgot to send three viles of blood???
Now the chemo has been put off again, waiting for the test results. AGAIN!

I got there about 30 minutes early and wanted to use the online check in link when I arrived but I had to wait for about 20 minutes to use the link. I think it would be nice to be able to use the online check in link when a client arrives so business is taken care of first allowing the client to relax before they are called into the lab rooms.
