This has been a store I've shopped in since I was in high school. This has been my favorite publix in the area. I stopped in to get something for dinner and to pick up a few items. It was around 6, so I'm not really late . The hot and cold bar looked horrible. Dried up items, and there really wasn't much salad. So, I decided to get a sub instead . They sub was ok, I had to ask for my spinach, very light on the spinach, and he put 4 slices of cucumber on a whole sub, yes, 4 slices. On the positive side, he was so light with the items my bread didn't get soggy . I had the other half the next night, and it still wasn't soggy , so there was an upside :-) I'm going to have to say it's not my favorite publix anymore. Lol, but it still meets my grocery, ne

Thursday (1st day of sales) ALWAYS busy. I got lucky and found close parking. GYM in mall has really caused parking problems!

Review for the sandwich area. The managers are highly inconsistent. One week I can get the sandwich I like. The next week they won't sell it to me. Highly illogical manager lady today. Maybe one day they will get their orders straight

The store and the employees are great but ever since the gym went in, parking is impossible. Just spent nearly 20 minutes circling to find a spot and every spot in front of the store that became available was taken by someone going to the gym. The need to do something about this as I’m not doing this again

I have ordered a deli sub 3 times through the app and they messed it up all three times. Wrong kind of meat entirely. They don't give af in that deli man lol

I'm writing this because today was a second time in 2 weeks I was very surprised how carelessly and nonchalantly I almost got overcharged and they act like it's ok. Two weeks ago we got our groceries and when we were at the register we asked about getting a gas card and how we can save $10. We were informed that when we purchase $50 worth of groceries while the deal is running we can get $50 gas gift card for $40. We got 2 of those that day. On our way to the car I noticed we were charged full $50 for both. So I went back to customer service and they refunded my money, I was really annoyed thinking how easy it is to loose $20. Today we got a bag of cherries because they were on sale for $3 a pound. The lady at the register charged us $12.20 for it, mind you it was a small prepackaged bag, priced by weight. I pointed it out to her and she said it was 6 lbs. I tried to argue to her that it's not possibly 6 lbs, maybe your scale is not working. She weighted it again, no change. All this time she has this annoyed attitude about her. I ask her to use next register's scale, it turns out it went from $12.20 /6lbs/ to $11.78 /not sure about the weight, couldn't see/. Her respond was 'oh it's just few cents'. At that point I'm insulted due to her nonchalant stands on what's right and wrong, lack of customer service and smirks she shut at me when I asked for a manager. Manager came, didn't really resolved or explained anything but ended up giving the cherries to us for free. That said I weighed the cherries at home, they were 2 lbs /$6/. Treating your customers like they don't know the difference between 2 and 6 lbs, or that 6 lbs would cost more than $12 to begin with. The attitude was horrible. I know it's only few dollars for some but this is a place we shop at 2-3 times a week, just makes me think, when I don't pay attention.

Spencer here is amazing he's very patient and helped me Took the time out of his day to help me even though he was in the middle of doing something amazing customer service and I would definitely recommend coming here.

Typically when I visit the seafood department at any publix in general, my salmon is ALWAYS cut horizontally, NOT vertically. Never thought something like this would happen
