Love the ease of Publix shopping. Automatic doors to the fresh produce, deli, Bakery, daily, Canned and bottled everything. Wide Clear aísles. Today Yolanda and Christine helped me figure out gift cards for my holiday gifts. They were both funny and cheerful yet efficient.
Also I bought Lottery tickets and my fav ice cream and hot from the fryer deli chicken.
Coca cola fountain drinks are a plus.
Publix offers the extra touches of baby seat shopping carts, special needs shopping carts. Between two Rows of wheel chair van access parking spots, there us a huge aisle to walk and push your cart and loading up the car without walking in the in the main drive.

I was shopping in your store and one of your employees was having a little bit of difficulty with helping me out. He did a fantastic job, it just seemed like he was concentrating on doing the task at hand, which is completely fine. Another wonderful person and employee named Hannah stepped in to help the gentleman out and was so kind to him and ended up finding us exactly what we needed. It was so great to see another human helping out another human. Love you, Hannah. !

I shop at this Publix multiple times a week, I live less than a minute away. Most of this store is seriously great. The Deli on the other hand is consistently horrendous. Today was another day of employees standing around, one handing cash to some random person for who knows what reason, as well as not even have looked at my ticket for the online order placed 45 minutes ago. Normally I’d just leave, but one employee (older lady) who I’ve come to understand is just painfully slow, laughed at the stack of online orders not completed when asked if my sub was made yet. I’m not sure if the manager is just incompetent, or what the deal is, but it needs serious help.

If the Winn Dixie ever closes, please buy it & have two stores here. This store has got too crowded in the last 4 years. Disston Plaza is getting bad too. It’s a St Pete problem.

Great Publix, but it's getting way too busy. Too many people have moved to the area and there isn't another Publix nearby. Publix should look into opening another store in the area.

So my boyfriend and I popped in to pick up a box of fried chicken and 2 whole subs for a quick dinner for our family since we had to work tonight (arrived at the store @ 5pm) there were 2 employees making subs,the guy that called us up took 20 mins to make 2 cold subs!The other employee had created subs for 6 separate customers by the time our 2 cold subs were made..he even forgot that he put lettuce and onions on already so did it 2xs..it was painful to watch especially since we had to be on the clock at 6pm..we checked out at customer service and asked for a manager and was asked why.. we stated our complaint to the guy at the register and he said "oh I think I know who you're talking about." Once we described the employee he said no that's not the guy I was thinking about..we no longer had anymore time since it was now 5:30 at that point and just left..idk why it took 20 mins for the employee to make our cold subs but he did appear to be high with noticeable slow movement and lack of attention to detail.Never in my life have I spent a half in hour in a Publix store picking up deli items!
