I shop here often on my way home from work. I was extremely disappointed when there were no rotisserie chickens available close to 5pm dinner time. Going to plan B, I decided to get a shrimp ring as I often do. However, the only ones available were frozen. When I asked if there were any fresh, the gentleman at the fish counter advised to “just sit it outside for 15 minutes, it would be fine”. I just wanted some fresh food after a long day and really feel this Publix has declined. I doubt I will be stopping there anymore.

Ordered a sub online. The sub was missing spinach, pickles and banana peppers. And they put on the wrong cheese. Such lazy workers.

It's always a joy to shop @ publix just need to find a winning ticket so I can shop like I really want. And yes shopping is always a pleasure @ publix.
