A well stocked supermarket. Publix is not particularly known for great prices, but the quality of their produce is good, as well as their store brand products.

Great atmosphere, super clean,very well stocked through out the store. Employees were all smiling and very helpful . I'm from Arizona and I will spread the word. Shop at Publix !!!!!!

Is1 of the Best Publix in the area. The employees and managers are always SUPER friendly & courteous. Some of the sister stores in town are the same. They are 54th South, 34th South, and lastly 34th North all 4 of these stores shows exemplary Customer Service Skills and I'll gladly refer anyone friend or foe to one of these great stores.

There's this individual named JOHN that works at the pharmacy. I went there one day to go pick up my drugs, but unfortunately, I had to wait FIVE minutes for him to get off his phone for him to realize that I was just sitting there watching him. I called him out on it and he told me we don't have any drugs ready for you. June 2, 2024 I went to go pick up my drugs again and commented saying oh you're not on your phone this time with no smile on his face. Apparently, my drugs are ready and told me it was a $15 co-pay. I told him run it through my insurance because he also failed to tell me that was good RX pricing when I was thinking that was what my insurance was charging me (I doubled check my policy as this shoulda been a 0 dollar copay for me).
I gave him my insurance card and he came back to me stating your insurance is NOT active. So I went off to the side, checked what my co-pay is on the drug formulary from Florida blue and everything lined up stating that my insurance is active. This is an attempt from John for me to not PICK UP MY DRUGS because nobody has ever told me oh your insurance is not active at publix before. I went back to him and explained that everything is lining up and he said let me try it again. Apparently this time everything went through because he realized that I'm smarter than I look. I asked him what the issue was and all he had to say was oh I couldn't tell you with that stare of him looking at me trying to play me stupid.
John wears the white coat at the pharmacy at this Publix location and he never has a smile on his face. He also tried to play me stupid twice because I called him out on being on his phone twice so he has wasted my time and energy coming back to the publix all for his ignorant attitude. I should've reported him to management immediately, but I figured telling the world about the UNPROFESSIONALISM from JOHN the pharmacist is more important.
JOHN has failed to give me my drugs twice in a row and when he got caught because I'm smarter than he thought I was, he finally had to give it to me. I partly believe he should be put in the back for more training on how to handle customers. If he tries to play me again, I'm going straight to management as DENYING people drugs for daily living is truly unacceptable behavior. I mostly believe he should be FIRED.

I love Publix but this location is always poorly stocked and under staffed. Always out of items when I am shopping so I now avoid this Publix and go to 4th street

Yeah mea and my girlfriend usually get a sub at this Publix or the one by her house a few times a month..at this location Ive had the pleasure of dealing with Renee in the deli she is a very rude and I'll mannered individual who clearly doesn't want to work there..while taking my orders she just has a terrible attitude an a condescending tone..she even sassed to another employee for no reason and the look on her face said it all...I usually don't have issues at this store and everyone is friendly but there times I've dealt with her I have been friendly I don't order anything complicated..she needs to go stock shelves because she has terrible customer service skills

Publix uses a offensive and racist security team that' hates blacks. ( Heavy dislike is ) After a compliant to manager, they brush you to the side with an non sincere apology and continue allowing it to happen. Please do better all your customers should be treated with respect no matter who is employed by you.
