Horrendous service at this location. 3x now the deli counter cannot take and execute an order for fried chicken when placed in person or via the Publix app. Staff requires additional screening or training to become competent.

Unfortunately, my experience at the deli was less than great. I had a young man with the worst attitude make my salad today. He didn’t chop much of anything that’s supposed to be on a salad and gave the attitude as if I was a bother. I almost wanted to tell him to just forget it. I think his name was Abel. He literally threw everything on top and I mean THREW then he didn’t close the lid when he handed it to me I had to do it. I most likely won’t be back because of that experience. (I asked for tomatoes and bacon to be chopped and that’s how it was thrown on my salad.)

If I could give 0 I would. The deli has gone wayyy down hill. If you come in and there is 2 people in front of you it will take a min of 20mins. 0 sense of urgency! I called to order ahead at 915 (they close at 10) and was told the deli was closed when i spoke with a manager they said they are not closed and transferred me back only for them to not answer. When I walked in they did make the subs they were just annoyed.
Just save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.

Went to this publix yo get medicine. Pharmacy was great. The cashier was great. The bagger acted like he didn't want to be at work. I was looking for things on my list no employees that were stocking would help. They all acted like they didn't care nd 3 managers up from talking not helping the customers. They need to bring Jennifer back and get rid of this new store manager. She doesn't care about her store. Not like Jennifer did.

I got heckled by a Publix Cop , ?for walking my bike in to the deli to get a sandwich that was an hour late, shopping carts are way more dangerous then a 3k Trek bike, maybe they have something against Trek? But That’s Life

Came to this Publix to grab something hot to eat
Mrs. Desiree at the sub station was super nice and very helpful professional and outstanding service will definitely be coming back to grab my sub on the go thank you Desiree my sub was delicious

Employees have all been friendly here. The security guard can sometimes be an a#$, but everyone has their days,right? Lol The layout of this particular Publix is a bit different than other Publixs, which I don't particularly care for. Other than that, it's always been a good shopping experience!
