Today was the day Publix. Today was the day. Let me first start off by talking about their deli department. The deli has major issues, you could be the only customer standing at the counter and there could be six or seven employees back there. They will glance at you and ignore you patiently waiting until they are spoken to. Even then they will tell you that they will be with you in a moment. We are customers. We are priority. If there's a group of you one of you stop and come help the customer waiting to be helped. No one should be waiting if there's no line and a group of your employees back there. Do not ignore your customers. We are the reason Publix is in business. Don't you even think about calling in to the store to place an order for a sub. Unless you want it totally ruined. The crazy part is they will read the order back to you and still mess it up. Not a little. They will mess it up a lot. Toppings will be all wrong , toppings will be missing etc. without fail. Same goes for online order. You're going to have to go in and be ignored for 15 minutes with no line in order to get what you need. It's the only way they won't make a mistake. Now let's travel on down to the meat department. No where near as bad as the deli but, hey, they're on their way. God forbid you ask them to split something for you or custom cut something in the later afternoon. You will receive attitude. Sometimes they will flat out refuse. Tell you that they have to charge you more if they split the package up etc. Also the beef is not very good quality. Very little marbling throughout. Not worth the price. Produce department always has fresh produce and good customer service. Same thing with bakery. Dry grocery could have more of a selection especially in the spices/seasonings area. Front end customer service is on point. Please Publix fix the deli problems and have a talk with them about their customer service. It's bad.

I went to go pay and I couldn't double click my phone because of my case, I was trying to get my case off. ABIGAIL the bagger was very rude and rushing me she said "my case works fine....just double tap it.....you have to put it here" but it wasn't in a helpful way she was very rude and has an attitude. Should work on being friendly to customers. Management should also work on having more than one person at the sand which station. We watched the guy make 8 sandwiches in a row without help when there was another employee just standing there doing absolutely nothing.

I made a quick stop at this Publix and from the moment I parked until the minute I left service was excellent. The entire staff at this location was polite, friendly, and helpful. I was picking up fruit salad, and breakfast bars for a business meeting and they made it extremely easy. Thank you team. Shopping truly was a pleasure.

My main problem with this store is their baggers. I am 78 years old and my husband is 91 years old and we need our bags to be packed lightly. We bring our own bags. Yet, no matter what we say, they insist on putting a half gallon of milk in a bag along with a bag of apples and a bottle of olive oil!!! I stand there and ask them to repack some bags once in a while yet this problem persists. It is one thing to pick up the bag and place it in the cart but another when I then must put it into the car, then out of the car at home, up some steps and then lift it to the counter. I get these looks as if I am asking too much of them. They need re-training is all. Otherwise, I enjoy my shopping experience at this Publix.

I love my local store. There's one closer to where I live but I choose this location off 66th. The employees are extremely friendly and they have so many great grab and go options. Manager Amy greets me with a smile if she's working, which I love! After shopping here I go over to see Miles, Pam and Jules at the liquor store which is also my go to spot. Grade A customer service at this Publix and the Publix liquors next door.

I really love Publix One of my favorite places to shop!! The people are friendly the stores always clean! I live in the neighborhood And it really feels good to go to a Business and They Know You!!! I was at the liquor store earlier, and I was just looking around for some drinks to bring home and I was scolded by an associate. In which I assume the general manager approached me saying he wanted to call the police for escort because I was in the store for a bit too long, which I do not see how this is an issue, and continued to monitor me until I checked out. I am over 21, I don't understand the major concern of being monitored unless there was something going on. I don't think I want to come back after this...

Could not tell me if they took my insurance. Was informed to give them a script and they would run it and see if insurance would take it. I am on a popular medicare advantage plan. They have no drive up window.

Staff always helpful and courteous. However, too often take so long to fill a script. Dr. calls in script at 2:00 PM and they can't have it ready by 9:00 PM? In addition several times have to have the medication sent to them from another place, again delays.

A male grown man who was a customer was witnessed not wearing a mask, picking his face and touching the food. I'm aware the staff regularly clean the items for sale but they need to be doing a better job REQUIRING the use of facial coverings for ALL customers. The alcohol wipes have now been removed from the front of the store which is a huge risk during this pandemic. I asked the lady cleaning the carts where the sanitizing wipes went and she looked at me like I was crazy. I have been shopping here for nearly a decade and they have ALLWAYS been there.

Totally agree with Deli comments My bread was fresh but everything on the sandwich freezer burned Cucumber tomato feta cheese Then .. every employee uses the bathroom to be on their cell phones The girl last Saturday went from handicap stall to family stall watching Netflix I sat in the bench and listened and watched for more than twenty minutes Even the male employee used family bathroom to check his phone Another employee stood in the stall on her phone a good five minutes All of them on the click looking around to see if management notice
