This pharmacy has gone steadily down hill. I've used it for the last ten years and have had nothing but trouble for the last 2. If you need schedule one drugs be ready to be scolded and made to feel lesser than, if they deign to fill them at all.

Publix has gotten so expensive for no reason. Bought the ingredients for a beef stew and it was $30????? Ridiculous!

Of corse before getting on highway I need to stop and use the facilities. Then I go shopping for a few things. Staff is always friendly. Store is clean. Prices are reasonable.

Tonight i was helped by a young woman with braids in the bakery/cake section. She not only greeted us, she assisted us with something that wasn't in stock, but went above and beyond by offering something else and went to the back to bring it out. I didn't catch her name unfortunately but we were so excited, she definitely made our night! Thank you for the red velvet cupcakes (: you guys rock! 5 star service! Thank you!

I bought a steak in there today that never made it into my cart. It's on the receipt. Very weird. I'm going to secret shop them next week and see what happens.

The bakery went above and beyond on our special order cake for my daughter's birthday. We ordered vanilla cake with strawberry filling and it was amazing! It tasted just like strawberry shortcake. We'll definitely use them again.

I’ve been using this Publix pharmacy for almost 1.5 years and have always found the pharmacists and assistants to be helpful. Today especially, W. Johnson (name on meds as dispenser so I hope it’s who I spoke with) was so helpful - and he gave my dog a treat! It brightened up my day and I’m grateful for the team at this Publix pharmacy.

Express Lane is gone, why? Nobody can answer that question that works there. All lanes were full, I had 2 items. Publix is not cheap but I like the quality of product and the normal good customer service. Obviously you are cutting corners to save $ and you cut back on employees with self check out. If I’m going to check myself out, then give a discount on those lanes. The nicer Publix on 38th has Express.

The pharmacy takes forever to fill meds regardless of the situation the meds are for. My 4 yr old has been having 102 temps up and down for 24 hours.. Doctor puts in meds for her upper respiratory infection and something to help reduce fever.. After 7 hours waiting, I called the pharmacy, I am told it will not be till 3pm tomorrow. When I ask why so long especially with the major symptoms she is having.. The pharmacy employee tells me that's not her problem and my need for the meds now is not their worry.. I guess my 4 yr old will have too suffer another 18 hrs of coughing, vomiting and high temps..Guess its time to move to a different pharmacy and pass on my issues to the military base so no one else from the military service has to deal with these issues too.
