Mine is a long overdue review and thanks in particular to Anna B. at Publix Pharmacy, 725 1st Street South, St. Pete, Florida, 33701! Anna’s referral to BayCare Medical Group as a best next step was a categorical bullseye. Moreover, since moving to St. Pete from Bradenton, Florida, in November of 2023, I’ve found the direction, friendliness, and professionalism of the entire Publix Pharmacy team at this location, 700 Central, to be superb. Cheers, one and all!

I was a regular customer at this pharmacy, one month I went to refill my prescription and they said they aren’t taking new customers? I explained to them I have been refilling my prescription here for months and have had a very difficult timing since I moved to Florida from California. I asked how long until they would refill my prescription and they basically told me never? This is so unprofessional and I don’t understand how other people’s needs are more important than others for the same prescribed medication?

I’m so proud to call Publix on Central in St. Pete my Pharmacy away from home(Tennessee). They are all amazing. I moved to St. Pete from Tennessee in August 2020 with my job. It started with Matt(previous Pharmacy manager) . He was amazing. He was always so thorough and pleasant to work with. I was afraid when Publix switched him out that there would be a slacker. I was totally wrong. I have the pleasure of working with the amazing team(Anna, Olivia, Kaniya and Aimee). They value the HIPPA law. I had problems getting in a particular medication. They communicated effectively and efficient. Without a doubt you’ve got the best team at Publix on Central in St. Pete.

Most unhelpful pharmacy. Electronic prescriptions don't work for them, they need your doctor to verify verbally. Made me wait while they went to the back to check camera footage of me picking up my last prescription because one of their workers had entered my previous pickup date wrong. Its a daily medication, there's no reason I would be picking up two weeks later than usual. They make it so difficult to fill medications every month.

My husband and I received our second Covid boosters yesterday. Pharmacy is Excellent!! Very friendly, quick and organized. The Pharmacist and Pharmacy tech deserve 10 stars plus.

The people who work here are very nice and helpful. They have some very good sale prices. I especially like 2/$5 for Panera soups and 10/$10 bottles of Coke. Their made to order sub sandwiches…..well, it doesn’t get much better than this!

Now I am pissed. Can't get toilet paper from Publix since they say for all the people of the household to be present. We are a family of three and they say for all to be present to get a 4-roll of TP. SO STUPID!!!!

We were at the Chihuly Collection and had to make a quick stop to this Public location just around the corner. We found this store to be at the top of the list on cleanliness and friendliness. Publix is always the best of the best and this location certainly proved to be consistent with the rest. Friendly associates with personalities and a desire to serve.
