Found these guys because I wanted to get a 2nd opinion on some maintenance that needed to be performed on my 2016 X3. I called and spoke with Tom, and he was very upfront and nice. They did a great job and helped save me some money. They have a very nice staff and outstanding facility. I look forward to being a loyal customer, and would have no problem recommending these guys to anyone looking for a quality German Mechanic. Thank You!

I will not go anywhere else to have my BMW serviced. These folks are honest, pricing is extremely fair and always on point.

Tom is a straight shooter when it comes to car service. I have the best experience recently when I took my Porsche that was having some issues that hard to diagnose. Researched if it was able to figure out what was wrong. I could not be happier.

The entire team at Potters was incredibly professional every step of the way. They had a sense of urgency with the work that was being done on my vehicle and they were excellent communicators throughout the entire process. Tom and Kristina walked me through exactly what was being done and discussed all pricing in detail. The work that was done was second to none. I highly recommend Potters, especially if you are getting astronomical quotes from corporate dealerships. I will never take my Volkswagen anywhere else.

I have been bringing my car here for years, but as of yesterday no more :( I was charged 333$ for an oil change. Just an oil change. I have always trusted potters but I cant justify this type of spending anymore. I can get an oil change at the dealership for a fraction of that price. :(

The worst experience of my life. I surrendered my car for a one hour diagnostics and didn't get it back until six days later after they started pulling it apart under the hood inside the cabin in the trunk, which intern, there was damage in all three areas which left two circuits in operable and cosmetic damage to the interior and debris on the floor. my first review of this outfit came through Carfax, and when I gave them a bad review, the owner actually called me and pressured me to remove the review because they couldn't (I think that's for a good reason) He said "it would effect their business"So I did but at the time, not realizing how much more damage was actually done. I suggest that you take your car elsewhere that have Mercedes-Benz trained and certified mechanics to avoid the costly situation that this particular garage has put me in. I am currently researching my legal recoursethank you....

What a great experience at a reasonable price! I recently purchased an SL 550 on an online auction and I wanted a mechanic to look it over to let me know if there were any issues. Tom Potter and his team did a careful inspection and went over the results thoroughly. He also took the time to walk me through all the features of the vehicle and how they worked. I couldn't be more pleased with the service they provided and the personable/professional approach. Richard and Christina were great as well. I highly recommend Potter Precision Imports.

Everything that needed to get fixed was done poorly and we had to return the car multiple times. I paid for work that wasn't done. There are too many good shops in the area and I regret going there.

Last year we asked for pricing on two jobs: transmission and brakes. The quote was lower than the final price. We understood since we're pretty forgiving customers. The work was fine. This year, it seems like there is a new group in charge. Or maybe same group but new shop culture. We asked for pricing on a simpler job request, and they could not provide that. So, generally we walk when we observe that sort of response. Our experience in New York auto shops guides us, clearly we prefer to know ahead of time our costs, and always prefer shops that know these things up front, not ones that require an upfront investment before they can provide that. Our favorite shop knew autos so well, they could do this over the phone. The shiester shops we've been to couldn't. So rather than drive over to St. Pete to have Potters run the same diagnostic tools everyone uses, and pay $170, we're shopping around locally.

I have had good experiences with Potter's in the pass. The last time they worked on my Benz was not good. Oil change was over $256.00. The transmission fluid was changed and that was over $428.00. Wind shield washer reservoir leaked, that was $169.00. The brake fluid was flushed. That cost was over $159.00. Total bill was over $1,120.00. They have in the past washed the Benz. That was not done. Needless to say, I will not be back for follow up work.

Absolutely love Potters Precision. You know it's a great shop when the garage where they fix your car is clean and organized. There are not random tools lying around with oil and dirty parts all over the floor. They offer fair pricing and quality work on your prized German or now British vehicle. Took our BMW to them multiple times and now take our Jaguars to them for everything I won't fix myself. Richard is awesome.Service: Auto maintenance
