They are terrible. We lost our home in Helene. Ordered a pod. With milton coming they wanted $150 to reschedule. Then they chose to not deliver and without any communication rescheduled for Nov 19th - 6 weeks away. $150 to reschedule that date or $150 to cancel. But we still have to pay for the rental from today - Oct 7 and pay $271 for delivery and the first month and pay a pickup fee of $85 for a pod they never delivered. $506 to cancel for them chosing to not deliver because of the storm. Disgusting to take advantage of people who lost homes in a hurricane.

I called PODS about how to protect the filled POD from a pending storm so I can get materials now , before the storm comes and I spoke with someone in the Philippines. They they know there's a hurricane or storm coming to florida but have no information on what I can do to protect my belongings.

I would never go with this company pods if you do not want a headache. They will tell you your area is serviceable allow you to get a pod. Give them your financial information and pack the pod and send it before telling you the area is not serviceable then they blame you for everything and take multiple days to get your container back. I now have to drive 30 hours because of this company and they do not want to even tell me Sorry.

Got my POD delivered today and Michelle S. the driver was amazing and so careful not to hit my sprinklers due to my odd shape driveway. The experience with PODS has been amazing, from customer service and their website where I can track all information for my move.

Customer service do not communicate very well. When you ask questions they reply with the exact statement given to you. They will not help you with any of your questions and or give you guidance. When ask them to repeat what said they say wrong do not understand. It clearly a language issue and if ask if there is any one who help clarify what is be said they just repeat their name and statement. You are left not know if anything was done or even if was correct. Try to ask if thay have any manager to assist you they say that do not understand. To us many trys and we are still over billed.

Michelle S. The driver from the Pinellas Park, FL location is extremely professional and has an amazing personality. She came to pick up my PODS and when there was an issue she called her boss while I called customer service and got it resolved asap. I highly recommend her for an award from PODS for all of her professionalism and expertise.
