Website says open until 8pm, I Drove 25 minutes to get here at 6:25pm Monday and store is closed. Sign in door says open until 8pm. Waste of time.

So we brought a couple of bikes into Play It Again Sports Pure Fix and a GT worth over $500 new so I figured we'd at least get $100 for it. Just so you know when my girlfriend first bought them in they said that my bike the pure fix that the axle was shot because it needed to be tightened up anybody that knows anything about bikes knows that the axle gets loose when you're taking it on and off so many times and it's an original rim for the bike so it get like that and I have the wrenches to tighten it up so she came back to the car I tightened it up real quick sent her back with a laugh cuz they don't understand anything about bikes if they said the axle was broken. So I tightened it up Center in and then they wanted to say that the brakes didn't work like the brakes did work obviously or else I wouldn't have sent my girlfriend riding the bike down the road on it but the point is these guys made it out that or something wrong with the bike that they didn't want to take it into inventory instead of just telling us we don't like you. Nobody likes anybody in an RV just saying

I had mistakenly bought the wrong golf clubs from the Tyrone location - and the Mike the owner gave me a full refund. I have shopped at this location for many years, and they have always provided great selection and service. Thanks again Mike for being one of the good guys in business.

I went by Play It Again Sports around 10:30 11 in the morning to have them look at a set of used women's golf clubs the store was busy but he asked if he could help me right away and what I told him I was there for he looked at them right away told me that he was not interested but thank me for bringing them in ask me my name and was very professional and polite I will visit Play It Again Sports again in the future
