I'm on the fence with this place. Honestly I've been here 4 times. I hate to drive around looking for a place so I find myself returning here. I really want to find "my" official nail place /tech I can get familiar with and vice versa but I don't think this is the place for me. It's more expensive than I appreciate and I don't mind paying when completely satisfied and when I question the price I feel uncomfortable.

Show them a picture of what I wanted. Nails were done exactly that way. Customer service is always great!

The young guy he was ok but I felt like he wasn't his usual happy self, we all have good days and not so good days, he did a great job, and I was sastifed keep up the good work young man . Thank you again

HI. I am a first-timer and not a last-timer, my nails were done by Tony and I absolutely love them. I am looking forward to making an appt for my fill-in with Tony. I enjoyed the atmosphere there.

I came in & asked for a gel Mani Pedi. They sent me to a chair & they filled the week with water that was barely warm. It was cold by the time the woman came to do the Pedi. No one put anything in the water or even offered. The people on either side of me got stuff in their water but I got none. I looked at a menu (that was given to the lady next to me) & I said I wanted an upgrade to my Pedi but I was ignored. I said I guess it's too late to do it but got no real answer. I noticed the women on either side of me were getting more services than I was. I had told her I had come in because my spouse had died a week and a half ago & I didn't take care of myself while I was going to the hospital. So this was supposed to be a treat to feel better after being devastated. Instead I've been given the bare minimum. I went to the place to stay the manicure & the chair was dirty! She didn't use anything on my cuticles only water. The water she had me soak my hands in was tepid, not barely warm at all. I finally had enough I watched other people getting better services and I got the bare basic. Then when I complained that I wasn't getting anything but the bare basic in spite of asking for an upgrade which she didn't give to me, she said then I didn't ask for it. This was supposed to have been a treat for myself since I had just had the worst week few weeks of my life. And did it make me feel better? Not in the least bit. This goes beyond a language barrier, this is poor customer service, I didn't get the menu, I had to ask to look at the colors, they decided what service I was going to get, I didn't even have a say in it. If you're going to spend your hard-earned money this is not the place to do it.

Best pedicure! Relaxing experience. Friendly staff. Hanh (Hannah) is awesome and did an excellent job on my toes, massage, and making sure I was comfortable. Will definitely be back! ?
