Not at all dependable when using delivery service. Yesterday I received an email that my auto-ship was on its way and to be delivered today. Then UPS sent an email saying they still haven’t received the package so not sure when it will be delivered. So, I paid an extra $17 and placed a same day delivery order to ensure food for tomorrow. Unfortunately, found the website didn’t accept their gift cards. Now approaching closing time so I called the store to check on the delivery and was told they’re closed and it had not been sent. I guess I’m on my way to PetSmart in the morning. I’ve canceled the subscription and placed a new subscription with Amazon b/c can’t be guessing if my boxers will have food. Oh, and their rewards program says a $5 reward for every $100 spent. Well $176 spent and still says no rewards earned. Not the best experience.

Just wished they had more than 2 options when it comes to cat collars. Other than that, wet food especially kittens has more brands to choose from.
