I give this store 5 stars for going above and beyond for customer service. A few weeks ago I bought a hard plastic dog crate from a different Pet Supermarket in Tampa. We are moving to Hawaii and have a cross country drive we are in the middle of now. The evening before we left I noticed a crack on my dogs crate, frantic since I knew the airline is very strict and wouldn’t let her fly in that I called the nearest Pet Supermarket. No medium crate available. The 3 nearest stores did not have a medium. The 4th store I spoke to the manager and explained the situation and she agreed to allow me to exchange the crate since I did have my receipt. We drove 45min each way but so thankful they had one available and allowed me the exchange even though the original purchase was from a different store. Made a stressful situation and stressful move a little bit better!! Thank you so much!

The staff here are always so nice and very professional. Stopped in to give my furry pal a bath in the self-service dog wash. They provide all you need to get the job done right. Will definitely be back!

Lots of options which appear to be reasonable priced. I’d recommend price matching if a big box store has a better option. I will say, anytime we’ve asked questions about the fish nobody really knows the answer. Have had to do my fair research on my own when purchasing for my kid

Worst manager so rude. I called bc I got a cat tree for about 160$ it was to small so I returned it. Today it's been about a week since return and I had received no refund there are other reviews on google and yelp about the manager lying about refunding then telling you to call corporate. When I asked for the number she rudely hung up on me. I called back she was screaming at me saying I was yelling at her when I was speaking calmly asking for the number she kept screaming at me I said ma'am pls just give me the number so I can get off the phone with you she again started acting unhinged and like she was having a mental episode then screamed look it up yourself and hung up on me I will never go here again and I suggest anyone else who has an issue with this manager to repot her to corporate based on reviews it seems she is simply just rude to everyone
