Great prices but the owners were super rude around closing time. 10 min before closing they corralled everyone up and would no longer allow you to look at anything. As a business owner myself I would never shut the lights off until closing time.

I'm an avid thrift store shopper. I'm also a person who loves to donate to worthy causes/places. This place is awesome, the items I find, the hard working staff and their customer service, the way they treat all the pets we all bring in. The manager was very kind and the people checking people out are always awesome! I love going in this place. I live in Clearwater & only get to stop & shop when I'm in the area but even though there is a GW & Salvation Army around the corner from me, I still make the drive to support this store with donations and suggest it to my friends. Well done Pet Pal Thrift staff!

I have been frequenting Pet Pal Thrift store for the past 8 years. Prices are unbeatable and staff is the friendliest, most helpful around. I have many times watched as the manager provided free clothing and toiletries to people in need very diplomatically as not to offend anyone. Many "regular" customers spend hours in the store and say it is a great place to enjoy the conversation and score true bargains. Pet Pal Thrift is truly the best thrift store around!

stopped in here today after hitting up local thrift stores, and was there with someone who appeared to be homeless in the store as well. the guy tried to buy something but was short on money so he had to leave. once he stepped foot out of the building the entire staff started bullying him. the way they were speaking about him was very upsetting to hear, especially at a thrift store where lower income people typically go to shop. it’s not only disheartening to hear people talk down on others, but it is also very unprofessional. that experience stopped my business here.

Tons of books! Picked up a second edition copy of the Silmarillion. Definitely the friendliest thrift store I've been to! Their clothes/accessories is definitely on the light side though.

This is a wonderful thrift store that supports a very good cause. Animal rescues are near and dear to my heart so I support this store by donating and shopping as often as possible. The volunteer staff is very friendly and kind.

I haven't found a thrift store this good in 10 years of thrifting. The staff are incredibly gracious and helpful. This store has an overall energy of welcoming and helping- everyone is always in a good mood and chatting with one another. It has a real neighborly feel to it. I've bought furniture a few times and every time without asking the volunteer staff are on it, right away with a hand truck and two helpers to load up the car. The prices are great, like the old days of thrifting before it became a hipster thing and goodwill price gauged everything. It's a truly affordable place for clothing and furniture, as thrift stores are meant to be, making everyday items available to people in need of a lower price tag. they get the product for free and you get it for a deal too. And on top of all that it's going to a wonderful cause, and helping society, rather than just taking more money from the poor and giving it to the rich (goodwill). Please don't just shop here, Donate here too!
