Been a loyal customer here for years, went to get a quote on back struts today and was charged $60 for just a quote, went half mile up the street and no fee,

Quote you one price on the phone, rack it up when you go to pay, and then call it a standard charge for air.... at a tire shop.
Edit: Your response makes you look like a total and sane business owner. It's definitely a fantastic look for you and your business to respond so properly and continue to reference someone's "dad".
Also, a credit card fee is usually 1% of a purchase that a merchant takes on as a perk for accepting credit. You don't pay extra for a credit card at a restaurant, but nice try ;)

Had front end work done. Spent $500 to be fixed. Had to take back two weeks because had issue where they supposedly repaired and they said it was a problem on other side, but clearly was not.

Customer service is amazing I love this shop. This last year has been needing tires fixed like crazy! Nails were my worst nightmare. They helped me with 3 used tires that they matched as close as possible to current tread on other tires and then have also patched 2 other tires for me. They’re always friendly and willing to assist ! I am going back here soon to get all new tires :-) love this place !

It’s hard to find a mechanic you can trust. I send everyone I know to Oly’s Tires. Luis is an amazing mechanic. They are honest, efficient, and do great work. They do everything for all of my vehicles. From the regular maintenance of oil changes, tires rotations, new breaks, to check engine lights. Luis can do it all and he does it the right way. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my vehicle needs.

Do not go to this shop unless you want to get taken advantage of. Went in to look for a used tire. Lady at the front desk was extremely rude. The owner came out with a used tire and tried to sell it to me for a really high price. When I said I could get a new one for the same price, he said if I could he would buy it from me. Pulled out my phone and looked it up and found brand new tires for only 5 to 10$ more than what he was trying to sell me the used one for . I showed him and he said "then go get that one. This is my shop and no one sets my f-ing prices but me." He then proceeded to slam the sliding door to his work area in my face.
