This location is in Tyrone Square Mall and it has a great variety of clothing for adults and children. Employees are very kind and helpful. Always a great retail store for fairly inexpensive clothing. One of the last great stores in this mall.

I had a check out lady named Alexis, she was awesome!! Helped me and my brother in so very many ways. We spent 2 hours shopping and over $600.00...but, the female manager on duty, was a very nasty person. Alexis offered me a stool as I am very disabled, 70 years old and my walker is not one to sit on. And the manager yelled at her and told me I could not sit on the stool to rest. I hope the managers superiors catch on to her behavior, as I could call the American disabilities Act to her attention.

Old Navy has gotten pretty pricey. I paid $190 for 5 items that were on sale! Selection is okay. This particular store was a bit dumpy and dark but overall clean.

Probably the coolest layout I’ve ever seen of an Old Navy but the place needs help with organization. All of the clothing is labeled with the wrong prices but once you get up to the counter and let them know, they respond with an attitude saying “well that means they put the wrong sale sign out”. That kind of sounds like your problem, not mine? I understand stuff gets placed in the wrong section sometimes but when all 5 people waiting to check out have something to say about it, then it’s clearly a problem that needs to be fixed. Clearer prices and sale signs are needed.

I've been shopping at Old Navy stores since the mid 1990s. This store has the best selection of inventory in the Tampa Bay area. The staff has always been helpful and friendly.
