Just bought a new dodge ram. I have free oil changes from the dealership but I prefer to spend the money with these guys. Extremely polite, Explain everything in detail and never try to sell me stuff I don’t need. Customer service is everything to me. Hope you guys see this review. I appreciate yall.”

“I brought my vehicle in because I felt a noticeable brake pressure almost as if my fluid needed a flush. The tech drove my jeep around the block for a test drive and quickly visually inspected the brakes. He everything was fine. He mentioned he’d love to accept my money, but only wanted to do so honestly. He recommended a local jeep specific repair shop if I really felt it needed a second look. Honesty and good work is all a customer ask for. I can’t rate the work, but I can rate their integrity. Kudos Big John’s!”
“This place is great!! I was recommended by a friend and have been here only twice so far as my car was under warranty until recently. I went in today because the plastic cover under my car fell down. I was sure I cracked it, as I had to drive a long way dragging it, and would need to pay significant money to replace it. But John was able to work me in AND fix the cover. BEST of all he did it at NO charge! They have as a customer for life now and I would recommend them to anyone!!”
“Great service! This was my first time and I was genuinely pleased how fast and kind the attendants were. RC was very patient in explaining things to me and overall warm in demeanor. Dakota also serviced my car at the end and went out of his way to help me figure out what kind of paint I would need. You can tell there's great management in how welcoming and happy the workers are.
