I love how my nails came out with the polish but when they soak off the gel they don't soak it long enough so way too much scraping was needed to be done in order to get it off and ruined my natural nails. It took months to finally grow out the damage after. I won't be back.

I’ve tried many nail salons in town- this one is the best. Multiple staff members addressed me by name on my very first visit!!! I was offered a wide variety of drinks when I first sat down, the massage chairs work so well and are heated, the equipment is all well kept and up to date and every staff member was friendly. I’ll continue to give them my business.

I love this place! I’ve been coming here for over a year. I just specifically started seeing Lynn and she’s AMAZING. She gives me exactly what I want and exceeds my expressions on top of being extremely kind and gentle. The owners and front desk staff are super professional and a joy to work with as well.

I absolutely love this place. You feel so welcomed as soon as you come in. They greet you by your name and already know your preferences. They offer complimentary drinks, anything from coffee, sodas, and wine. I drive 30 mins to get my nails done, and it's the highlight of my day when I do. Malinda (my girl) and Mindy are great nail techs. The front desk will help you pick or mix colors while you enjoy the treatment pedicure or whatever. Anything your heart desires, they will accommodate! I'm going to miss this place when I move. ?

I had a great experience here! I got a pedicure for $35 which is pretty affordable. Relaxing place even though there are a lot of customers. I enjoyed my experience and will be back!

Love this nail salon. If you are looking for a place to have a set an appointment, and amazing techs, friendly people, consistent and listen to your needs. This is the salon for you. I have been coming here for I over two years, consistently every two weeks. I like the management, how things are run, and efficient and effective.
I highly recommend. I personally do NOT like walk in chop shops.
New image, is mainly appointment only, they are right on time, and the nail work is top notch.

I've been a customer for years and they left me a voicemail telling me to never come back simply because a work thing came up and I couldn't attend my appointment. Super rude as I have been coming to this place for years. I would also like to add that if I'm not able to answer the phone to explain why I can't come in, that's no reason to ban me from the place. I don't owe an explanation if I can't answer the phone. Disappointing.

I’ll keep this short as I don’t have much to say except management/front desk staff is unprofessional and rude. The proof is in their responses to all the low rated reviews.
However, the nail technicians are very skilled and kind.

I got a hybrid gel set and pedicure from Le and she did an amazing job! I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she gave me exactly that.

Long read: summary pay attention and know what you’re paying for.You have to bear in mind that this was a brand new set, done by them. Removal done by them. 3 broken nails, 2 repairs all within 2 weeks. They charge exorbitant rates and they nickel and dime clients for everything.To charge clients for failures from your services is ridiculous and not a way to build a positive relationship with new clients nonetheless.ReviewMy best friend booked us an appointment for our nails to be done together here. She had heard rave reviews. I’m not from the area so I’m always open to trying new salons with her. We booked for 2 full acrylic removals, 2 new full sets and a pedicure for myself. The pedicure was fine just basic and not worth writing home about. However, the nails are not at all what they should be. I held off on writing this review- even after my last interaction with the staff. Appointment was on January 14. We had booked together, asked to be together, that was not honored. One of my nails was broken on Tuesday the 16th(in my home town)- the entire nail popped off my index finger when a cashier tried to place a bag on my hand at Publix. I called shortly after so schedule a repair. I was back in the area Thursday but Friday was easier for me so I asked for Friday appointment. I was charged $7 to have the nail replaced, plus a healthy tip to my tech on Friday. I had a second nail break on January 22nd. I called January 23rd and went in the same day at 3pm. I was interrogated by the owner/manager? He didn’t even identify himself. Telling me how I was wrong for how I wear my nails and that acrylics are wrong for me. Telling me I need to move to a newer more expensive process called hybrid gel. I had already looked into it and it’s basically the dip powder ingredients within a polish. It’s not groundbreaking technology. I have had many acrylic sets on for 8 weeks without a single issue. I have been wearing acrylic nails for the better part of 20 years. I know my nails, I know what a good set and a bad set look like. Both of the nails that were repaired, look far worse than the original set to begin with. They are sized and shaped differently and it is glaringly obvious when you look at the nails side by side. Now that I have had yet another nail break (nail #3 on my right hand) I am just disappointed that this company has the glowing reputation they have for sub standard work. Maybe have your technicians apply the bonding in 2 steps as it is supposed to be, and your sets wouldn’t constantly pop and break. Once after tip is applied and shaped, then once immediately before the acrylic is applied. Also, if a client asks for a higher set point for the attachment of an extension, then you should probably listen to what they are saying, because the nails broke in the weak spot I identified during my visit.You have to bear in mind that this was a brand new set, done by them.
