They always try to over charge you and give you services you didn't ask for. I just had my "no Chip " nails done this Wednesday afternoon and that same evening a nail cracked and they all started chipping. They should call it Yes Chip, not No Chip Gel. I went back taking off work Friday evening and owner said the same lady will fix them. Unfortunately, she did not clip the cracked nail.and just polished over it. I told her "sorry, It's still cracked". She said it would be fine and just cacked the polish on but this morning it totally came off. I just went in and she wasade at me for returning and told it was my natural nails fault.

Very, very upset. I’ve been going to this nail salon with my grandmother for years. I asked for a full-set French acrylic. Not ONLY did you attempt to upsell me and I said no, you added the $5 charge anyway and charged me $65. The lady who did my nails then proceeded to STAND DIRECTLY BEHIND ME as I wrote the tip, then she laughed. Very upset with the quality too. Never returning. If this is how you treat your regulars, I can’t imagine how you treat new clientele.

The lady dug to deep in one of my nails which started bleeding and didn't seem to care at all. The nails weren't as far back as they could go fully covering my nail but overall they turned out cute.

I love this nail salon. I have been going for years with my mom. I went in today with my daughter and my 1 year old granddaughter today and the whole shop treated my granddaughter me and my daughter ? amazing. They didn't get mad or frustrated when my granddaughter started to cry out of boredom. Instead she asked if it was okay to hold her. My granddaughter fell in love with them. I will never go to any other nail salon. Our nails ? are amazing too.

Absolutely amazing service and results. I have been to just about every nail salon in St. Pete, and the attention to detail and quality work done here is UNMATCHED! Amazing!

I really try NOT to leave a bad review! I stopped going here now I remember why. MY nails keep coming off in a day or 2. Spent 160 in 2wks. 2 days after each fill all popping off. NEVER EVER happens ANYWHERE ELSE.... very irritating never again !

They did a nice job, but don't get the gel polish it costs an extra 15bucks, and polish comes with 35 dollar's treatment.They push the gel. Otherwise they do a good job

I went in on my birthday for a pedicure. I was pressured into getting gel polish and when I refused the nail tech was visibly upset and questioned my decision not to get gel. She did a sloppy job of painting my toe nails and then as soon as she finished putting on the top coat she rushed me out, not giving me time to let them dry. Inevitably my big toe ended up smudging. Very frustrated with my experience and now my nails are ruined. Will not be returning.Service: Pedicure

Probably the worst service I’ve ever had. They cut my toe nails before they ever put my feet in the water. My feet were in the water less than 10 minutes (which being in the water is one of the things I enjoy the most) and I was in the shop less than 25 minutes! The lady put my shoes on and walked away and never came back. I waited a few minutes to see if she was coming back. When she didn’t I walked out. Never put me under a dryer or anything! I definitely over tipped and will not go back.Service: Pedicure

I have to give them a full review for how awesome this was! This pedicure - I had the lemon deluxe was superb! My old salon told me I couldn’t get dip nails and here they suggested dip and I could not be happier! I highly recommend!Services: Foot massages

I got my nails done Saturday evening, 12/3. I had tiffany and she’s very nice. However my nails are starting to chip already, I gotten the dip powder which everyone says it stays longer but this set didn’t even make 1 day. On some of my nails the cuticles were flooded. Overall not happy, I’ll be going somewhere else next time.
