Love this shop! Brian is a good man and cares about his customers. I have purchased from him in store and have ordered over the phone. He even drop shipped the models to where I live in Texas. Can't say enough good things about this business!

The owner of this store is always nice, friendly, and helpful. He knows his products and he is easy to talk to when it comes to anime. If you are looking for a model then this shop can easily help you. His store, while small, is clean and easy to move in.

My wife and I shop here frequently and have been coming for about 2 years now. The owner, Bryan, is genuinely one of the friendliest and coolest guys ever. The atmosphere is inviting, the shelves are stocked with Gunpla, and they're constantly working on putting out the latest merch. This is the best place for model kits in Tampa, easily! I can't wait to spend another year with my favorite Gundam store

I can't say enough good things about this hobby store. If you into build models, especially Gundam models this store is a must visit. Model Citizen is by far the best Gunpla store in the Tampa Bay Area. The staff is super friendly and prices are what they should be, unlike some other stores in the area. Stop by, you'll be glad you did!

Would rate six stars if I could. Fantastic inventory, always getting in plenty of new and exciting kits. Staff is friendly and accepting to hobbyists of all skill levels, and are more than happy to give tips to newer builders. Atmosphere in the shop is always pleasant, even on very busy days. Best place to buy gunpla and models in general in Pinellas county.
