Besides not having what I came in for after finding it on their app, it took standing in line twice (then again to purchase) just to find out if there was anyone in the store available to help- and the sales agent can talk so nothing about this line moves quickly. Finally connected with an actual human after the second waste of time. I purchased part of what I needed which was shockingly expensive, with the intention of checking Amazon. Sure enough, Amazon had everything I needed for much less- and of course, the ease of checking out is lightning fast. The original purchase was returned and I have learned my lesson. This store is over-priced, poorly maintained, and under-staffed. The clerk spouted off that Amazon employees are not happy and have 150% turnover… ? Not sure how that it possible- but I get great customer service and products ant reasonable prices and that makes me happy.

Almost everything in the store is at least double the price for the same item at Hobby lobby or At Home, don't waste your time unless you can't find it anywhere or on line.

I asked a clerk if the store carried desk calendars. "No they're obsolete". I let him know I bought one at target previously. And he said "yeah, if you want to pay $25 bucks." I replied I paid $10. He said "I don't know about that" like I lied. Service is obsolete here...

I am a returning customer to Michaels but today was just a bad experience overall. I did a curbside order pickup for two products one product was fulfilled and the other was refunded. The product that was refunded was inside of the store when I came to pick up my order. I notified the manager ( black and pink hair) about the situation and she apologized for it . However, as I was leaving the store she called me rude.

I waited till a day before Christmas when I realized I couldn’t do Christmas and with just the hundred I had. The man with the glasses there helped me find a beautiful tree and decor. He were very knowledgeable, and help. I was so stress that day. His generosity and the help with the 50% off, made me cry. Literally!!! We almost had no tree. And it turned out to be very beautiful. Thank you guys

The only problem was waiting in line for 10 min. Only one register was open. They had self checkout, but I was very tired and didn't want to.

Old dirty store with no soap in men’s restroom. Glad to see the staff are washing their hands. Disgusting.

Tons of Halloween stuff..different then most stores and all 50% off..also tons of Xmas stuff..again not like any other store and 30% off..manager..I think..he helped me find friendship beads..going as Taylor Swift for Halloween..he was very helpful..will go back there alot..great store!!

Check the discount bins!!! They must do craft classes because they frequently have lightly used craft supplies for deep deep discounts. I found a ton of resin supplies and will be back for more!

I'm not always pleased with my visits here. I do a lot of model building and paintings. They very rarely seem to have what I need. The service is far and few and in between. If you know what I mean.
