I've been a customer of Metro for 10 years. I recently bought a new phone which did not work from the very beginning. I could not make phone calls or receive them and it took me 10 calls to customer service and four visits to the store to finally get help. I talked to several different employees from the store until I finally got to the manager who was incredibly helpful and called customer service herself while I was there to straighten this out and would not hang up with them until she got a resolution for me. Due to the fact that I had to go back so many times is why I gave the store just an okay rating. As far as Metro goes I will not be using them again when I need a new phone. My 10-year relationship with them has now come to a close.

Place stinks of marijuana. It is so overpowering that you get stoned just walking in. The guy was so high I had to ask about a phone 3 times and he still brought out a random phone and then told me they dont sell phones. They need to fire this idiot pot head and air the store out.

The man who worked there did not know what he was doing. (And he made mention of that.) He messed up our phones so badly I had to go to the store on 4th St & 53rd Ave and have them reset one of the phones to factory reset. I lost so much info. He NEEDS to be trained or get a different job. Would NOT recommend him or the store If he's still there.

Highly recommend this Metro location. Edwign, the manager, helped match my needs to the available phones. He answered all my questions, set up a new phone, and then transferred my files. Great interpersonal skills; pleasant, patient, and knowledgeable. This is the place to go if you need help, want to review plans, or to purchase equipment. It's worth going out of your way for your needs.

That young man is my go to metro guy! He sold me a phone and has treated me with respect and love even after, most places after they have your money but he's amazing! I think his name was Edwin but he definitely deserves recognition

Previous owner was the best in St. Pete. Store manager Joshua, a.k.a. Edwin, is rude, disrespectful and the second worst thing that happened to that store. The first one is a guy named Moe who made a fool out of me by promising me that he was giving me the best deal. I ended up paying more than $300 extra. When I requested the owner's contact info, Joshua/Edwin said they don't give out that info. So I called customer service and reported them. Stay away from this store. If the owner hires these type of people (deceiving, direspectful)he must not care about the service his customers receive.

The gentleman that helped me is outstanding he got me a phone and everything I needed. And my guy was off and the help that was there that day had no interest in helping me I left without getting help. I gave him a four-star because of the first guy if not they would have got a one-star
