My phone had water damage ,and I was in the strip mall with a cellphone repair place and Metro PCS right next to each other.After leaving repair place disappointed I would have to pay $120 to repair phone and wait a few days for parts to arrive. I decide to go to Metro , I wanted to stay under $250 for new phone. The manager got one for me ,I had to pay $260 (with case and block charger). He never mentioned I couldn't return it . It was a different brand than I am used to. Anyway a day and half later , I don't like my new phone and old phone magically started working correctly. I was told no returns when I went in . I was annoyed as that was never explained to me. When I left I went on Best Buy and the "great deal" I was supposed to get for the new phone I hate, was $70 cheaper there! Anyway I personally would never go back. They never explained a no return policy and that's bad business

Lily was really nice and helped me fix my account. I had a extra tablet on my account that shouldn't of been there. She brought it to my attention and fixed it for me. Now my bill is way cheaper. Thanks again

I came to the 1998 62nd Ave North Metro PCS location looking for help after a very frustrating and upsetting experience at the Metro PCS corporate office in Saint Petersburg FL. I just changed from an android to IPhone. It was my first IPhone so I needed much assistance in setting it up. I was very lucky to get customer service representative Ajsa to help me. Ajsa is very professional and knowledgeable and was willing to help me out. She explained that the first thing I needed to do was create the iCloud email in order to setup all services and transfer contacts and emails, etc. She helped me with everything and more, she also made recommendations of multiple functions that are important very helpful on IPhones, she also even informed me of additional customer service assistance offered free of charge by Best Buy and Apply store on certain services that Metro PCS does not provide. Ajsa was more than helpful and so knowledgeable and she does it all with so much kindness and patience and with a smile. Ajsa is a great asset as a Metro PCS representative. I hope she stays for a long time at this location that’s very close to me. THANK YOU Ajsa for your help resolving all the issues with my iPhone and for turning the bad experience I had a Corporate office on 22nd Ave. North into such a pleasant customer experience. YOU ARE THE BEST!!! Best of luck to you in everything in life.
