If you want excellent customer service or even decent respect, then DO NOT GO HERE! It's very obvious this establishment only cares about your MONEY and not YOU. I got a phone from here and was told I would be taken care of by the owner himself. All he did was activate my phone and immediately turned his attention to the next person who came in to sell them a new phone. Didn't even finish helping me!The next day I came back because there was a lock on my phone that wasn't there before. The same guy, THE OWNER, said there was nothing he could do to remove the lock. I asked if he could factory reset it again; I brought in my receipt to show that I just bought it and it was totally fine if he couldn't do the data transfer (that he didn't actually finish the day before but I didn't want to make it a big deal, I just wanted my phone fixed). He said no, tried saying my boyfriend must have locked my phone on me, and told me to get out of his store. Awful service and attitude!

I went to buy a new phone and keep my phone number plus international calling. My phone service got cut off instead as did international calling and when I approached the employee October 18th to resolve the issue but instead he called me old and confused and said he didn’t care. He refused to give his name. I called customer service and my issue was resolved immediately. In-store customer service deserves a zero, but over-the-phone customer service deserves a 10/10. Give Belén a raise.

According to Google the store is supposed to open at 10am, I got to the store and they didn't open until 11am. The store employee did not show up until 11:15am. Instead of apologizing for his delay in opening the store the man shrugged and said, \\\"It's Sunday\\\". And wanted to sell upgrades instead of listening to me when I said I just wanted to pay my bill. The Metro app is not allowing me to pay online, now causing this inconvenience of having to locate a store and Metro charging an extra $5 for having to go inside a store. I should've went with Verizon like my parents told me to.

Thanks to Nick the manager helped out so much to sort phone out and then also wrote clear instructions to help! Thank you this will be the only story ill be returning to to buy next phone too!

This store has won me over. I had a terrible experience at another store. They really messed up my plan and very dishonest. Nick did everything in his power to make it right and he did. Honesty goes a long way and there is no one I’d rather deal with than an honest person. He fixed my plan and stayed on top of the issue until it was taken care of. Any metro store you go in most employees do the bare minimum. You can tell they hate their job. And it reflects in the service they provide you. Not to mention their dishonest business practices. If nick does hate his job I wouldn’t be able to tell because his great attitude, work ethic, and honesty really came through in his dealings with me. Go to this store. They will treat you right and fair. And go beyond! Don’t go to metro store downtown (407 1st avenue north) and don’t go to metro store at 1998 62nd avenue north.

Nick is the new store manager and has provided excellent customer service! Very friendly and knowledgeable! Definitely recommend!
