I had an excellent experience with Mohammed. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and really helped me with purchasing a new line and the accessories bundle deal. I will definitely be going back. He smelled amazing too :)

I love the guys that work here. They are amazing. I got a gorgeous new phone for a great deal and they put up with my 3 rambunctious young kiddos that had to tag along. Super amazing and fun fellas. 100% happy with my entire experience. These guys know their stuff and they're awesome human beings too!!! ? ? love and hugs for them ?

The man I dealt with stated he would not sign me up for the Metro plan unless I purchased a cell phone case and screen protector from him. The $55 plan became $128.

Worst Metro store I have ever visited they literally stole my SD chip out of my phone and when I return to get it they claimed they had no record of it happening and if I just leave my number they'll call me if I were you spend your money in any other store with this one

Absolutely the best service i've ever experienced in a phone store. Great selection of cell/Tablet & every accessory you'd ever need. Mohammed was our Tech & he has a heart of gold & can help you with any issue you have. They keep that store clean & they know how to treat you with respect

They sale phones that don't work and don't ever answer the phone ! How I just got a phone from them and now I don't get no messages from people who text my phone ! DO BETTER or learn how to do your job correctly so that when people leave the phone is working because it's clearly not

This Metro store is the greatest. I was having issues at PCS Store down by the skyway. Came to this one and WOW!!! Complete 180 very, very friendly staff, very willing to help with any issues. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!! Picked up my day from the other Metro. Made me feel like I was more than just a cell number. Would recommend to everyone I know. Thank you!!!
