The staff is very disrespectful and very unorganizing working there they will lie to you to try to get you to buy you another phone that they probably know ain't about nothing and they are good about talking about the other Metro Stores employees to try to make they self look good

If i could put 0 stars i would . i walked in with a mask and got greeted with a GET OUT ! Not even hello people are not welcome here is the message you give. Way to show how your customer service was going to be so i left i will spend my money where im wanted. 5 enployees 1 customer in the store.

For some reason this store is such a lie. I've been in the customer service business and what they are doing is wrong. aint no way if you've had you phone for over 3 months but need a new one they instantly tell you, you have to change you number in order to get a new phone. I went to another store and they let me purchase the phone.I'm not changing my number if all I want is a upgrade phone.
