“My advice is to make an appointment vice walking in. Just show up 15 minutes prior. You get what you ask for. I understand it is not always possible, but I made an appointment and was seen earlier than my scheduled time slot. Staff was excellent. Professional, courteous and a fun bunch.”

“Incredible service. Walk-in, no appointment for blood work. It took more time to park in the garage than it took to sign in and proceed. Your staff is timely, courteous, and professional. Kudos!”

“Amazing service, fast and no appointments. I drive across town to use this service. The phlebotomists are very good and there's never any pain when drawing blood. The lab results are emailed to you the same day.”

“I recently was diagnosed with some medical issues and based on my family history, I was curious about how the results might impact the medications prescribed by my medical team.  I have always heard how my father reacts to certain medications and wanted to see if I had the same proposed results based on the genetic testing.  My main purpose was to understand how my body metabolizes pharmaceuticals so that my medical team could prescribe the most effective medication to treat my current conditions as well as any future conditions that might arise.
I reached out to Bio Genetics laboratory and we performed a detailed medical intake that resulted in a report and recommendation sent to my primary care physician for the doctors review and subsequent ordering of a pharmacogenetics test.  Once my doctor ordered the test,  a specimen collection kit was sent to my home.  Shortly after receiving the kit, a lab agent called and walked me thru the process.  It was super easy and had clear instructions in the kit.
The results were returned in 30 days to my doctor, along with a genetic summary report to help guide my doctor as it relates to the correct medication specific to my genetic makeup.

Overall, the process was easy, straightforward and I would recommend the lab to anyone who is looking to gain a better understanding of their genetic predisposition.  I know the results provided clarity on some of my past (bad) experiences with medications.  As suspected, I share the same lack of tolerance to the same medication that has adverse affects on my dad.”

“Other than those questions they are required by law to ask during the screening process, these organization really came through for me both in treatment and screening. They are gentle, informative, and go above and beyond to bring you the best of medical treatment and prescriptions at the lowest cost for you, which typically is little to none. Everything is confidential even when they call you back so nobody in the lobby needs to know your name. Compared to how I was treated at places like the Catholic hospital or the health department, the staff here are exemplary providers and it's a pleasure to receive care from them.”

“I use Quest located in South Pasadena Blvd. It is conveniently located in the same shopping plaza as my favorite Chinese restaurant, Ace Hardware, and a CVS. There is also a KiKi's restaurant which is a good place for breakfast if you had a fasting blood test.
I make my appointments for blood tests on the Quest website. Checking in is at a kiosk. Enter your appointment code and id. There is little waiting at the appointment time. Staff is very professional and I had no problems with any of them being able to take blood samples.”

“I recently spent (12) days in ICU and (7) days in the Rehabilitation section at the Palms of Pasadena Hospital. I experienced nothing but professional and personal care. From the staff to housekeeping everyone was friendly, and helpful. They made me feel, as if I was their only patient. The entire staff needs to be recognized, but several deserve special thanks and recognition. SURGEONS: Dr. Thomas Tolli Dr. Fritz Brink ICU Dept: Joanne Aric Ned Rachel Donna Lori Occupational Therapy Dept: Dr. Woet Dr. Jordan Stephanie Christie Georgia Renee Lisa Donna The above people will always remain in my heart. I apoligize to those staff members I did not mention. There is much to be said about a small facility. Within days everyone knows one another's name and needs. The Palms of Pasadena will always be my recommended hospital. Brad W.”

“I always go to this location (66th st in Largo)and never had any problem with being seen in a timely manner and I always make an appointment. I usually go early because I have to fast. Only downside I can note is that I had an appointment last Thursday and got there and there was a sign on the door, location was closed please find another one. So I had to google to find another location. You would think since I had an appointment I would have been notified it was closed I found one off of Starkey. Drove there to find out they could take me but on a walk in basis. I have to say they were really on the ball, I didn't have to wait very long as a walk in and it was pretty busy. The person doing my blood work said he was the one that had to put the sign up on 66th. I asked what the problem was and he just said he didn't know...same thing as the woman at the desk. So now I don't know if that location is closed for good or is opened up again. Never had any problems with staff on 66th though. The staff on Starkey were cordial but you could tell they were stressed because of the extra people walking in, but they handled it very good.”
