He threw in free delivery, and I love my new bed.I had to add this because it's important for all consumers looking for a mattress. Mine ended up having a defect, but without a hassle or any kind of objection, Tricia happily set up a replacement to be delivered in days. Not many people know they have a 120 night great sleep guarantee.Regardless, she did trouble shoot some items with me, but it was obvious there was a coil defect.(a one in a million) Regardless, no complaints, just pleasantries and an urgency to get me sleeping comfortably again.In fact, I even called the next day to see if a topper would help. She told me in my situation it would not, and I'd be wasting several hundred dollars. I will be their customer for life. I have had more and less expensive mattresses, but none with the range of service and support Tricia and Dave give at Mattress Firm. They are the best.”

“Incredibly curated selection of furniture and home items. The man running the store has excellent taste and has procured some beautiful pieces. You can tell he cares about quality. He and his son were very friendly as well, and offered information when I was curious about certain items (for example, an old-fashioned kitchen unit which had a hidden fridge). I was looking for something specific and even though I didn't find it, I was delighted by much of the furniture. There were entertainment units that I fell in love with, chairs I could imagine in a large living space, and giant paintings I could see as statement pieces. This place is worth a visit, and I will certainly be back again!”

“It's about 2 weeks since I received my new mattress. It's wonderful, I sleep better I don't wake up with a backache. what I love the most is how it's made. The old fashion way when things lasted for years. The othe thing is I can flip the mattress, something you can not do with today's mattresses. I got the opportunity to watch them make the my mattress. I highly recommend if you want a good mattress that last a long time go to the original mattress factory. “I wasn’t sure about going in expecting mid west motif, I was thrilled to se it’s a great mixture of high quality modern, contemporary, and coastal designes. My sales person Milan was very knowledgeable and actually taught me about the quality of the seating (currant sofa seat sunk in). Not only was the customer service great the prices are fair! I didn’t know there are batteries for electric pieces that last up to 4 months (before recharge) so you don’t have electrical cords everywhere!I was ready for my new chairs early so I called and Trish helped me get them three days earlier! Wonderful customer service! I went to Tampa and several stores and the best place was 4 miles away.”
