Bought a used car for my daughter away at college. Yes it’s used and I didn’t expect perfect. However about 150 miles after purchase the engine light comes on. Had it checked and it was the catalytic converter. What a coincidence right? Of course not. The engine light was cleared when it was previously checked.
I called and heard the “no warranty”. I expected that. But did say bring it in and they will check. The car is in Orlando and not coming back. We did get an estimate and almost $2500.00. What!!!!

Yes they have nice cars but make sure you check everything even bring somebody with you that know about cars because they will sell you something that’s looks good then you get home next day all kind of lights come on like check your engine or something like that and they don’t help you whit anything just take your money

We got a decent price on the car we bought But the Customer service after the deal was and continues to be horrendous. They talk up a good game about being family if you buy from them but it's more like family as in the red headed step child. We has issues with the car within a week of getting the car and every time we call or go in it's the same excuse. " we don't have a mechanic on duty" the car had a flat tire when we went in to have it looked at and they wouldn't even put air in the tire. Not to mention all 4 tires were so dry rotted we had to buy tires within the 1st month of purchasing this car

Benny at Level Up Auto Sales is the best. I needed an SUV to get my boys and all their athletic stuff around during sports season and I came in at 12 noon and was out by 230pm leaving in a BMW x5!!!! Benny goes above and beyond for his customers. I literally felt like I was sitting around family as I waited for all the paperwork to be completed and for them to detail my beautiful new BMW x5. From now on my family and I will be getting our vehicles from level up. The best around indeed. Thank you Benny for everything. I really appreciate it!!!!!

Worst place to buy a car. DO NOT bother wasting your time at this gypsy infested bad business place. They do not care about their lemon ? used vehicles they sell you. Once you get the car off the lot good luck to diagnosing the issue with the ?. Let alone the mechanics if your lucky within the first 30 days IF they choose to fix your vehicle. Its their way or no way at all!!

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE
Everything that can leak on a car is leaking on this one took the vehicle to my mechanic. He quoted me $6000 in repair work you can be done ranging from the pistons. The axle are all leaking. The turbo is leaking. The oil cooler is leaking. The oil pan is leaking. The valve cover gasket is leaking Took the vehicle back to these guys within a week of buying it and half of the oil that was in the car after an oil change and leaked out within every time we took it back to the dealership they said it was because of a loose oil cap I personally looked at the vehicle up on the lift at my mechanic shop and they’re literally was oil everywhere right after they had supposedly sprayed it down to diagnose where the leak was coming from when they told me there wasn’t one and literally was dripping on my forehead, contacted the dealership and said I’d like to trade it in for something else or maybe even if you guys could fix it basically he said it was nothing he can do for me. He could take the car back in trade for six months, I guess because he sold the car for $6000 over with the trade-in value is, do not I repeat do not buy a car for these guys

Yesterday I bough an Audi A8 limited edition from Benny and Bill over at level up, it was hands down the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had with a dealer, told them where I’d like to be and they made it happen, this is the definition of a transparent dealer willing to work with you and make it happen, no shady tactics or aggressive deal making 5stars simply isn’t enough, I can say without a doubt they have a customer for life! Thank you again Benny and Bill 10/10 isn’t enough 12/10!
