My advice is to make an appointment vice walking in. Just show up 15 minutes prior. You get what you ask for. I understand it is not always possible, but I made an appointment and was seen earlier than my scheduled time slot. Staff was excellent. Professional, courteous and a fun bunch.

The reviews scared us a bit, but we had a great experience. Went with no appointment for a regular blood draw and was in and out in 15 minutes. Staff was friendly and efficient

I'm not quite sure what the point of having an appointment is if they're still going to make you wait 20 minutes... Good luck trying to have a quick in and out during your lunch hour! At least the staff is very friendly.
