Usually when you try to sneak in a furniture store to look around you get hit by greedy sales people. We'll not the case here. I walked in to lanes on us 19, walked for a few minutes looking at sofas, finally a young gentleman approached me and asked me how my day was going instead of asking what I was looking for, which I thought was very nice and different. Well he got me at hello! I wanted him to sell me a sofa! He was so polite and friendly and allowed me to just look. I looked around for another 15 or so minutes and he approached me again to ask if I saw anything that I liked. We'll I did and we went from there. Damian had to be the most pleasant salesman that sells ! And he sells real-estate too! We just had such great conversation. He listened to my stories and I listened to his. Bottom line, I bought my sofa and got my discount for being a repeat customer and it will be delivered in a few weeks! Damian is the bestest! And a great smile as well! Thanks Damian!

First, the store had two levels and no elevator or escalator for mobility- impaired people. Second, the "sales associate" walked so fast I couldn't keep up! He got to the item I wanted to look at and started talking before I got there! Not impressed.

Daniel greeted us upon entering the store and showed us all the options of what we were looking for. Very knowledgeable, and put no pressure on us to buy. He didn’t even ask for our contact info ( to contact us or be pushy). We went home to remeasure things and bought it the next day. He was able to get the leather treatment and delivery in 5 days, sooner than originally planned. The store had the best variety of options compared to the other furniture stores we investigated. Very pleased with Kane’s!
