The service was amazing. My daughters car died and I was 2 hours away. They gave me contacts for towing and had the car picked up within an hour. They kept me updated and provided a complimentary Lyft to pick her up and bring her to pick up the car. That is customer service+. Thank you Lizzie for you communication and caring manner.

They always figure out the issue with proof of the problem. They have been working on my Range Rover since I moved here in 2021 and are trust worthy. They had to order parts and I need to go to work the next day so they even paid for the car rental I had for two days. That plus the Lyft pick ups. 5 star all the way!

I am not customer but was driving by when I noticed I had a flat tire and I stopped to see if I could get help and although they don't do tires a young employee offered to put in the spare for me as a favor for no charge. Thank you so much!!! ??

No reply as to quality of work but my car, 2007 Mustang, was too old to be serviced by them, so no rating. No recommendation for another shop, so stop Lying. Your shop did not want my business. Twill Auto did what your shop didn’t want to do, but they took on my problem and did an amazing job. I highly recommend Twill Auto but not your shop.

Amazing staff. Honest, friendly, and up-front. I took my Rolls Royce Silver Shadow to them and they were priced well. Repair work was top-notch and the turn around time was amazing and efficient. Hassan was a pleasure to work with.

Hasan is in a class of his own. The customer service that these guys display is truly amazing. So far he’s worked on my Rolls Royce and my twin turbo R8. I’m so glad a buddy of mine recommended me to see him. The white glove pick up and delivery was top notch.

Made an appointment to have my 2022 BW looked at for an oil leak, they said it was the trans cooler leaking, they took pictures and said they would send me the estimate. Never did.
So I posted my first review for this.
They called and apologized and said he would text me the link- never happened.
So here I am posting my second review of this. I told him I would remove the first review, thinking he would follow through with his word- I removed it and it’s been several weeks now and I have nothing.
If they only want to work on specific brands or cars - say so, as I would not of wasted my time.

Excellent!! I was on vacation in St Pete and malfunction light popped on my car! I called, and they got me in immediately. And had it done in a day, even ordering a part!!
I also conferred with my mechanic from home and he said their rates were in line with his—and he doesn’t mark up parts. (Our mechanic in atlanta is awesome—I called him 3 times about this, and he was GREAT!!).
Lizzy in the office was so professional, responsive and nice.
I loved the detailed report they gave me of what was wrong and what could wait until I got home.
LOVE they got me a LYFT to and from—being out of town, we only had the one car!!
And, BONUS!! Sweet Lab in the office on Fridays. Just beware, he has the most puppy dog sad eyes when you leave if you were petting and giving attention. Such a good boy.
