A little hidden gem right across the bridge. I love going to St Petersburg and always stop in when I am there. Ist found out about this store while in Cordele, GA and when I found out one was near my home in Tampa, I been going every since. Xoxoxo

I forgot this amazing gem was still in the city. I found everything I was looking for and more at an affordable price. This place has been around for decades and it's still best clothing store in it's area. I'll Definitely frequent here more often.

Do Not and I mean Do not buy from this cheap facility. They sell cheap clothes and shoes. Will NOT accept returns. No matter if you haven’t worn the item or not. This is the second time I have purchased something from here and they not take the return back even after I stated I have not worn it. Any reputable place will take your return. This place is ghetto with ghetto staff running it. Only for profit no customer service. I’ll spend the extra and shop at reputable places I know will accept my return with any issue I am having.

I went after work to do a exchange. I get there about 6:15 pm, get the clothes I want to exchange, I stand in line for a 15 mins. Its 3 people working but only 1 on the register. Its 2 people behind me waiting, 1 to buy clothes and 12 to exchange clothes. The cashier is nice but so slow. She could had did the exchange and rung me up to get me out faster, but instead she put alarm tags on every piece I exchanges. She could had done that after the fact to get us all out and not wait 15 to 30 mins. The real problem I have is how unprofessional the other sales associate was!!! The store sign says it closes at 7pm. She tells the other worker to LOCK the door at 645pm and she hates when people come in to do exchanges at the last hour before they close. I was really taken back by the unprofessionalism I witnessed. Ive shopped at Its Fashion in Atlanta and never dealt with this type of customer service. And they talked bad about another customer that shopped there earlier!!! My sales associate was #101 and whoever was working with her needs not to be there as a worker,,,horrible!!! I will not be returning there to spend my money!!!
