I'd previously given this location 5 stars. I was so excited over how quickly they did my work a few years ago, I didn't notice immediately some of the damage was done to my vehicle in the process. I initially was told the things I noticed before would be fixed, and it's bn over a year and they still haven't been repaired. Since then, I've needed to have some work done through my warranty, and more damage to my vehicle was done in the process. My vehicle is older but I've taken very good care of it through the years I've had it. The damage done is heartbreaking especially because idk that them actually make good on their word to fix it.

The staff at this location is amiable and inviting. Chris manually repaired a dilemma with my undercarriage without charging me. Would highly recommend to anyone who is in necessity of a repair or needs to get there AC inspected.

I experienced a awesome experience with Chris. He’s very friendly down-to-earth and just overall good guy. I trust him with my vehicle. Hopefully I don’t have to return for anything in the future but if I do, I know my vehicle will be in good hands.

Brought my 2012 Prius in for a very minor repair. They not only fixed it beautifully, but then refused payment! Highly recommended!

After driving around for months without AC I finally decided to take my car in for service. Chris Sr assured me that they could find the problem. I was in and out within 2 hours. The AC is working great. Thank You for getting it working as it too hot to not have it.

I have been coming to these guys for years. They are good, honest, hard-working people and they always get the job done quicker and cheaper than anybody else around. I trust these guys with my car more than any mechanic in the area. I highly recommend them to anyone needing Auto repair. Thanks guys

We were lost and frustrated, so pulled in for some directions and a break from driving.
Best decision ever. These guys were great. It was a father and son team. They treated us like family. Gave me an "ICE COLD" water, and brought us inside to help Google our destination.
As it turned out, these guys knew exactly where we were headed. We chatted for a few until another customer came in.
Highly recommend 10/10.
Thank you Ice Cold Air

Chris and his dad were awesome! Came from Tennessee and my air stopped working halfway during my drive down, they were able to have my car fixed in a day!

Well, I met both the son and owner, (both Chris) today when I went in for an 8:00a.m. appointment for a "free A/C check". The young Chris Anderson was very cordial and delightful to talk to; the father was not around. I drive an old 2004 Mercury Sable. The air conditioning was blowing warm air. I queried as to what would be done and was this a "free" A/C check"? Answer was affirmative. Talk was long on casual. About 8:15 the mechanic arrived and was told to "check" my car out. I turned to the mechanic and told him "well , I am in for an A/C check". I was a little concerned with the casual instructions given, along with my keys, to the mechanic without further mention of what was needed. Thinking he must have written it somewhere; I assumed an A/C check must be taken for granted but I had never had anyone turn over my keys and say "check it out". I am 83 years old and have driven cars and some 8 wheelers for a considerable lifetime. I waited a very decent amount of time when I queried, after 9:00 a.m. "how much longer" would this take. The younger Chris says it could be another half hour to 45 minutes. There is no (waiting room). I guess most people drop off and are called when the vehicle is ready. I had not asked when I called for the appt., as to how much time. I noticed the older Chris had arrived and was busy with car jockeying and whatever an owner does when son is in charge of people greeting and taking in work. After waiting the 45 minutes again I queried 'elder Chris' as to time. The elder Chris was very snotty and said "this is not in and out like for an oil change", it "takes time!" I figured he was used to seeing little old ladies intrusive, not worthy of respect. I then looked for young Chris. I told him that I did not want anything further done on the car, as I had asked them to check out the power steering too. All work done at that point was on A/C. I told him I would not have wanted my car to be worked on there as "your father" was not nice. I was about ready to leave but young Chris said the "car is blowing ice cold air now", OK! I said how much would it cost, as he mentioned a part that had been replaced. I had not signed any paper stating I would pay for anything. He was cordial, said he did not know about his father's behavior. I decided to pay for what they had done. I paid $250 for a 'free A/C check", and I would never refer anyone to that place. He said he could not really know if the A/C was leaking because they HAD NOT checked it with dye. I took my receipt, said thank you, and left. The receipt said I was a walk-in, and that work had been done.

Last August, I had the a/c repaired for $1002. Within months, it had stopped working. Took it back and was charged $300 for a diagnostic and recharge of freon (which I authorized). When I called to find out what the problem was, was told "faulty parts." I asked, "The compressor and valve replaced last August?" "Yes." So it cost me $300 to find out that the parts they installed last August were faulty and had to be replaced again. The parts were under warranty, so no charge for them. Maybe that's the way the system works, but doesn't seem quite fair.

Chris and his son run a very nice business. They are extremely courteous and very reasonable on pricing. Look nowhere else for your auto repair needs
