Lamonica was incredible!! I had two years worth of taxes to catch up on and both returns were very complex. I was extremely stressed but she made the process easy. It took 2-3 hours and I didn’t mind at all because I felt confident she was an expert and was leading me in the right direction. Once both returns were done, I got great news on both! All my stress went away!! I’ll be going to Lamonica from H&R Block from now on!!!

HORRIBLE experience. My husband took his taxes in to be done last year out of tax season by Janice. We had issues with her not filing them correctly and then after taking ages she told us they couldn't do them and made us send them in to the state ourselves. We sent them in that day and they still have not been done because the state is backed up as it is now a new tax season. We were also told that we would get a refund since we paid her to file them and she said she couldn't. We have been calling and calling trying to get an update on the refund and NO ONE there has been the slightest bit helpful. Always given the run around and everyone there is clueless.

Bob is a phenomenal representative! I’ve used him for years and he’s exceedingly knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. He makes the process so easy, taking the time to thoroughly explain the more confusing items when it comes to filing. I would absolutely recommend him if you’re looking for help on your taxes. Wouldn’t ever have H and R block complete taxes again. Owed a refund and a year later haven’t received it. When I and asked for help they resubmitted and said would callme with an update. 2 weeks later no call back and then I called and spoke with David. He said it was accepted and could not help further. I have to call the IRS. Poor customer service and follow up.
