Worst experience ever , customer service here at this location is not acceptable, I needed some assistance in windows and there was no one to be found . So I had to go to Lowe's . I wish I could put no start

Love this store! I always shop at this location and never had a problem! I wanted to mention my mother left her purse in the cart outside today in the parking lot! She called the store and somebody had turned it in! To the person that did that may God truly bless you it could have ruined her day! She is so grateful for honest people!

Just picked up an order at Tyrone home Depot #2070 and and BRIN was amazing. She was courteous, polite, efficient as if she's worked thier a long time. Come to find out she's brand new. I don't know if it's the training or she's just an awesome individual but it was a great experience ?

I walked in and asked for help and someone tried to help me, then when I went to customer and Jim actually went out of his way to help me. He felt badly for my experience at the other Home Depot did everything he could to rectify that experience, including going, and finding a person who could help me and he brought me Bill HD scoured the store looked and found that they didn't have any in stock and effect on their equipment. It shows a -5 where is online and if the equipment Customer Service has it still shows at the store has four in stock. Both of these guys deserve a raise and maybe Home Depot should considering hiring people over 40 since often people under 30 or not equipped with customer service skills sets.

I’ve been putting off adding blinds to my house almost all year and Jacara (Jocara), not exactly sure on the spelling was amazing. She was extremely knowledgeable about everything regarding blind styles, types, textures and was able to answer every question I had with ease. The ordering process was seamless, and the blinds have not yet been installed but I’m sure their installation man (Art) is going to do an excellent job. Really satisfied with how simple they have made this process.

Updated review. Got the windows installed. It was a long process, but they look really good.

Edit* well speaking of the penny deals I found one today I'm going to save $109 but this silly cashier would not let it go she made me wait 18 minutes while her and whoever she was on the phone with was trying to take my last penny no pun intended or maybe a little bit . I'll stick to my Home Depot they don't waste people's time like they do here revision over* no better deal than a Home Depot clearance deal you can save 60 70 80% it's a shame they don't do the penny deals anymore. But unfortunately it is almost impossible to find somebody to help you find something that says it's in stock but it's not on the Shelf oh well I'll just order it online like I do 90% of my stuff from Home Depot.. and that's what I came home to. Lol

Con: Searched for CSR for 8' with no luck. Finally found a guy stocking a shelf who said he couldn't help me and to look for someone in a different aisle. And after setting up Military discount 3xs, it still didn't work and self checkout rep said they couldn't help with discount. I'll be giving all my business to Lowes from now on.Pro: items were in stock.

It's your typical Home Depot. They have most things on the shelf. People say Hi! You self checkout. They don't have WiFi in the store so you can't look up anything or use the Home Depot app. This is very frustrating.

Becca in the paint department was super helpful to my fiance and I while we painted our house. I came in many times and she was so courteous and helpful. Amazing customer service and I am so appreciative of all her help and her expertise.

The store was Clean, Neat, well laid out, and every aisle had well placed easily read signage. I was doing multiple projects that took me to all 4 corners and I found Almost everything on my own.I need help finding 2 items and an employee not only took me to them but talked to me about what I was doing, then explained a better way to complete 2 if 5 projects that would use a lot less materials.. so I saved about $100 too. That same employee is an assistant manager now and still takes time to help me when he sees me he comes right over to help me personally. I LOVE THIS LOCATION. HOME DEPOT CUSTOMER 4 LIFE!!!

I had to wait 25 minutes for someone to load bags for me. Two workers were busy with another customer who came after me. The one who finally helped me didn't want to do it. Go to the Home Depot near 22 Ave N and 275. They have an attendant with the bags of mulch outside. Just pull up and they put it in your trunk. Better luck next time!

Purchased a Kitchen Aid refrigerator November 2019. It stopped functioning while we were out of town.. Everything in it was spoiled and rotten and stinky. We returned home on May 4. After the royal runaround the bottom line is we still have no refrigerator.
We will NEVER spend another Penny in the Home Depot.
I forgot to mention that we purchased the extended warranty!
