Horrible customer service. Employees or friends and family of employees must be leaving the good reviews for this place. Tried to give it another chance in a pinch. Will never be back. They will respond and say oh reach out we want to make it right. They NEVER answer or get back to you. Just want to look good online. Go anywhere but here.

Easy in, easy out. Nothing fancy, at least in my case. The reason why I don't give 5 stars are the predefined tip options starting at 25% and before I knew it, I had tipped 35%. I really don't like those auto tips.

I like to get a simple, blunt trim every 8 weeks so I like to go to a place that only charges $20. Great clips is easy to check in to, a good price, and they do a fine job. The cut is quick and the stylists are friendly. I highly recommend checking in on the wait list on your phone before going there so you don’t have to wait!

Quick service, got the haircut I wanted. Not at first but seeing my facial displeasure, it was corrected. People just need to pay attention when getting a haircut to make sure they are getting what they want.

Every time I come in when it texts me they skip me. My name was the first name on the list and the lady looked right at me and called the next person after me. I really don't understand...then when I asked why they skipped me they just ignored me and said "we will get you next"

So pleased with my experience today! Sarah did an AMAZING miracle with what was a very gone wrong late night fight had with a pair of dull junk drawer scissors LOL. Loving my new pixie and will be coming back for sure!??

This review is for their location on 4th street across from Wawa. There is a thief working in their store, I would stay away. I am partially to blame for forgetting my sunglasses at the chair. The lady who cut my hair confirmed she had them and put them behind the counter. When I came back for them, they had been stolen. A week later and nobody will return them. I am positive it must have been one of the employees, since they where behind the counter. I am never going back as a result. Thank goodness it was just sunglasses and not something more precious.

Haircuts are sub par manager has bad attitude all good staff left prices went up and hours cut don't waste your time it's hit or miss now
